So far so good

So far so good! I recently started using Omnisend for my new brand, Truthkins.com, and I'm pretty happy with the app and support.
I've tried Klaviyo and MailChimp in the past and I am sticking with Omnisend due to price, UI, support and ease of use.

DO NOT USE - Shocking Customer Service

Unfortunately Trust Pilot doesn't allow me to give zero stars, but I want to. I used their email marketing service to send out a few thousand emails. They had a promotion which I purchased for fixed number of emails with start and end date for the deal. Everything was ok until I realised they had been charging my card beyond the deal I had purchased WITHOUT my direct CONSENT. I did not directly authorise the payments, they just charged me monthly for a service I didn't use or authorise directly, they just opted me into a monthly charging plan without my consent. So naturally contacted them and they REFUSED POINT BLANK to refund me even though I did authorise the payments. AT NO Time did I re-enter my card details authorizing the monthly billing of my card and that's the whole truth and nothing but the truth. DO NOT use the email service as their customer service is shocking. This is sharp practice and if this is there idea of customer service god help them, because I won't be returning and I will be telling everyone why they shouldn't even think about using them either. Good news I contacted my helpful bank, who will challenge the payments and arrange for chargebacks if they don't want to give me my hard earned money back!

When you activated the promotion, it applied a 30% discount to the first three months of a standard recurring subscription plan. This type of promotion doesn’t convert the plan into a fixed-term package — it simply reduces the cost of the first three billing cycles of an ongoing subscription. The recurring nature of the plan, as well as the price after the promotional period, was displayed during checkout and outlined in the Terms of Use agreed to when your account was created. In our Terms of Use, it is explicitly stated that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, which is why the subsequent charges occurred.

To clarify how billing worked in your case: your card details were entered directly during the subscription activation process, which initiated a recurring plan immediately. Invoices and receipts were generated for each billing period and sent to you regularly. The subscription could be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Once a recurring subscription is activated, no additional monthly authorization is required for charges to be processed.

Based on this setup, the payments you received were processed under an active recurring subscription that remained open.

Regarding the dispute you initiated with your bank, you are absolutely entitled to challenge any charge you believe is incorrect, and we fully respect that right. We will cooperate with your bank throughout their review.

Once again, we’re genuinely sorry that your experience felt disappointing, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Your experience matters to us, and we’re here to help clarify anything that remains unclear.

Working with the Omnisend Partners Program has been one of the most genuinely supportive experiences I’ve had in the email marketing space. Their team is proactive, hands-on, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure partners have the tools, support, and strategy needed to drive real revenue.

Got some problems with our email…

Got some problems with our email contact lists but the support was really few clicks away and even on Sunday! Explanation was detailed and they helped very quickly resolving the matter. Omnisend is great but even the greatest product becomes useless if you do not get the support you need when you need it. In case of Omnisend our experience has always been exceptional! Thumbs up!

By far the worst customer service i…

By far the worst customer service i received from them and their partners. We had to wait for over 7 months of agonising emails and our business was put on hold because of the intergration not been done. We were refeered by them to email Postman and shaun their director has kept pushing aside the project. we even sent numerouse complaints to their support@omnisend plartform and they simplly refused to assisst us.!!!!!! dont trust Email-Postman.uk and dont trust omnisend to handle their customers

My integration stopped working and…

My integration stopped working and getting support from OmniSend it very delayed. They take forever to get back to us.

I was facing an issue that in the end wasn't OmniSend but an issue with my host provider.

I love their service I just wish their support was more responsive.

You couldn't ask for better customer support

Omnisend customer service is always excellent. The bot gives clear instructions on basic 'how-to' queries (unlike so many of them), but there is never a problem getting through to a real person.
The team go to every length to assist you, even with things that are technically not their problem.
It's an easy-to-use platform if you have never done email marketing before and very good value.

Omnisend is a big NO for me!

I've tried to use their services, but unfortunately, it was a waste of time; this service is not as good as it seems. I prefer Sendvio instead, especially for my Shopify shop. Omnisend is a big NO for me!

When I started using Omnisend with my…

I started using Omnisend with my new Shopify AI website and was impressed from the start — I even gave them 5 stars. Today, I had my first real issue, and something amazing happened. I’ve been using Omnisend for about a…

I’ve been using Omnisend for about a year, and honestly, I strongly advise against it. Out of the blue, they discontinued WooCommerce support without any clear communication. When I tried reconnecting, I kept getting errors and contacted their customer support — which turned out to be an absolute disaster.
We were in touch for over a week. Different agents kept rotating in the same chat, asking me the same questions again and again. One of them (Maria) told me to disable automations inside Omnisend and then completely disappeared — now my automations cannot even be reactivated, leaving my email flows broken.
Other agents repeatedly suggested the same “solution”: disable Jetpack, which is a critical plugin for WordPress. After involving WordPress support to disable/re-enable Jetpack, my WooCommerce settings got corrupted — I now need to reinstall WooCommerce payments, shipping, and more. Despite all this, Omnisend still throws the same connection error.
The worst part is that the Omnisend team clearly does not understand their own product, nor how WooCommerce actually works. They wasted my time, broke my site’s setup, and never fixed the original issue. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
If you’re on WooCommerce or WordPress, avoid Omnisend at all costs.

After reviewing the case, our team found that the potential issue might be caused by your store’s API rate-limiting requests (429 - Too Many Requests), which prevented Omnisend from maintaining a stable connection. While your credentials were correct, the store’s system was temporarily blocking further requests to avoid overload. This is why reconnecting resulted in recurring errors.

We realize how disruptive this situation was for your business and regret that it led to temporarily paused workflows. Our team has shared a few potential next steps with you directly in the ongoing communication, and we’d be happy to continue working with you or your developer to get your connection restored.

We appreciate your patience throughout this process and remain committed to helping you get things back on track.

Update: The issue appeared to be related to hosting provider limitations on the /wp-json/wc/v3/ endpoint. After collaborating with the hosting provider, we made the necessary adjustments on their side to ensure Omnisend requests are processed successfully. According to the latest logs, 429 errors are no longer occurring, and the issue has been fully resolved.
