We dont like to write any bad review on any business, bad reviews cause very bad attitude from client to a company . And removing a bad review is something very hard upon to our experience. We are Jour Cards Company . We dealed with this omnisend company and we bought the biggest plan for email marketing. Our brand id is : 697f8ebcff3e6af3e069146d . They paused our account and they requested all details from our company to them and we paid more than 1200$ for this plan . After one week of our purchase for thier plan they suspended our account and upon to their plan we have priority in questions and answers. They requested documents it was sent all and then all they company disappeared from replying on our questions . No one replies . Take a company advise and hear me well . Till this moment i advise not even to create an account with them . Loose of money and time and they suspend any account at any minute . We sometimes log in to our account just to see if we are suspended or no . When u dont have a plan purchased and u are thinking to buy it you will find them replying like eagles . After u buy they suspend your account and disappear. We will forward this to FDA and to CANN . We typed this review after 24 hours of suspension. Waiting another 24 hours . The review from a company now and not a small company as they think . Our owners will put effort for making this company reputation very bad . I advise u join Mailchimp after all our experience

Verteilt auf all meine Mailaccounts verschiedene Spammails. Mehrmals am Tag. Seit mehreren Wochen.
Erwartet eine aufwändige Abuse-Prozedur, wenn ein solcher Fall eintritt. Ernsthaft?
Bekomme Spammails im zweistelligen Bereich und soll nun jede Spammail aufwendig einzeln als Abuse flaggen?

The transition from our previous email marketing tool to Omnisend was well supported by their team, but what really stood out was the continued support after the switch, especially with tweaks and fine tuning that came up which was honestly a pleasant surprise, as we hadn't experienced that level of post-transition support before. Like with any other platform, some advanced features take a little time to fully understand, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes intuitive.

I had a issue connecting the mail product to our DNS. I spent a couple hours attempting to fix it. I was frustrated. I reached out to Karen my rep and she set me up with a call with Melanie (a human) which was incredible. We got on a google meet and she fixed the problem which would have taken me hours in minutes. I am so greateful for the teamwork at Omnisend. After that experience I am so incredibally happy I signed up.

While onboarding from 2 other email providers, I had some pretty specific things I needed to set up within my emails and lists.
The live support - Emma specifically - was able to walk me through the exact best way to set up what I needed to, including screen recording videos and multiple options to achieve what I was hoping to.
The process made me so excited to get the rest of my automations set up!

I moved from Klaviyo to Omnisend and the transition experience was very good. I applied for the migration on friday and the team finished everything 6 days later, on thursday. I didn't had time to fully review the setup since then, but got some time today, and also I had some questions about the automations they rebuild for me based on what I was using in Klaviyo. What surprised me is that even today on Sunday, their support was available and answering me fast. This is the main reason why I really recomend them, the team is there when you need them, not only on working days.
P.S. One small suggestion, consider adding Whats App as a channel in the future, that would be cherry on the top.

We have been using Omnisend for 3–4 years now (Since Sep 30, 2022), and it has been a consistently useful tool for our business. Everything we need for our messaging and email marketing campaigns is housed right within the app, and we haven’t run into any issues. For our business needs, Omnisend is a great choice and we are very happy with it.
If I could recommend one improvement, it would be the ability to send a true plain-text email. Currently, even the "plain text" templates are wrapped in HTML, which causes the text to be centered in the inbox.
We would love the option to send emails that look exactly like a 1-to-1 message sent from a personal Gmail account. This would help our automated outreach feel more personal and less "automated." Other than that, it’s a fantastic platform!

Omnisend provides a very reliable platform. While there is still room for improvement, they genuinely offer one of the best marketing tools for e commerce stores.
The most important thing for me is knowing that emails actually reach customers, so the effort put into campaigns is not wasted.
Their ready to use templates, the email system, and especially the campaign booster stand out.
A sincere thank you to Burak. He has saved the day more than once. What a legend!
