Arrived exactly how was described and is perfect thank you

Good communication. Items well packaged. No damaged items. Instructions were fine but would’ve helped if individual items had number stickers on them for easy identification. Overall very pleased with the end result

Took slightly longer to arrive than anticipated but was kept informed of the delay. Only received today but very well packed and appears to be very good quality. So far veryhappy

Communication wasn’t great and I received multiple emails (as the delivery was in 4 parts) that looked like spam emails but ultimately the order has turned up. Not unpacked yet so I’m hoping it’s all as expected

Still waiting for my order to arrive!
I placed the order 30-Dec. According to Parcelforce, it arrived in the UK 07-Jan. today is 14-Jan but no sign of the actual product. I have written to OK-Living 5 times. They reply promptly but give no information that is actually useful (just a link to the tracking website) and from what i can see have not tried to actually figure out what is going on. I have requested a refund but this request has been ignored!

I still didn't get my second part of my cabinet. The first part was delivered a week ago.

The item came with lots of damages as we were putting it together, it says use glue included as well, so it was difficult to dismantle. Since we were unable to dismantle it, we kept the bed even with the numerous damages. The bed did not last even two weeks and broke in a few places. The quality is very bad, ikea products are much stronger. I wish i never spent money on this bed. Its like putting money in the bin. I do not recommend it. Its like the bed is made of paper, it breaks as soon as soon as u touch it.

To start customer service very helpful, gave a quick response to my email, sorted out my tracking code as I hadn’t registered before buying item, followed tracking delivered on time.

Exactly as advertised. Good quality decent pricing too.

I don't have the item. I only got the drawer. It should have been there over a week ago

Communication was great and the quality is also lovely I just wished the pieces were labelled either Alphabetically or with numbers actually on them somewhere , lots of measuring bits but got there in the end !

First order and delayed and now I have an unhappy customer! Not impressed!

I like the cabiets, but the rear fixings are flimsy and do not go in straight.

If I could give you no stars, I would. Totally useless. Will not use you again and would never recommend to anyone.

The box was delivered open, missing items. The sales team did not provide smooth resolution made even more difficult. I don’t recommend this company.

Unit is damaged. It was very well packaged so left the factory damaged. Instructions are terrible and I’m good at these. There is a QR code for video instructions that does not run in the same order as the physical instructions. The instructions were printed out of order. Took me over 3 hours. But the damage is the worst part and the quality feels like the laminate will peel quickly

Ordered 29/10/2024 & it hasn't arrived yet. It's still not in THE UK as yet!!! I don't know when it will get here

Despite the box being quite dammaged inside was so well wrapped that it table wasn't dammaged at all easy to assemble great product
