Waited for delivery which there were two parts to the delivery.
First delivery came and packaging was opened and luckily no damage.
Second delivery came which the packaging was damaged and so was the second part of the order,still not received the second part of the delivery so will have to wait and see.

Fast delivery and no damage whatsoever. The item was packed well. Good sturdy product

Order placed on 4th June for a single cupboard. It was delivered in two parcels. The second parcel was delivered on 17th. On 10th and 12th I got an email informing me there was a delay, no explanation, both stated I'd get further updates after 48hrs. I did not receive an update after the 12. I emailed OK Living on 16th, the reply on the 16th (ie 12 days after placing the order) advised it normally takes 3 to 10 days!! They also stated that they had no 'influence' over logistics. Really?? How about changingto a reliable logistis company??!!

We had a full room of storage from a desk, to shoe racks and everything in between in the last 3 weeks, great quality, easy to assemble and the pack really well. Delivery was quick and easy. My office/dressing room is all done and it looks clean and modern.

Extremely Disappointed – Still No Delivery After 3 Days Late
I placed an order for a chest of drawers and was given a delivery date that has now passed by three days. I still haven’t received my item, and I have no idea where it is. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication — no updates, and no effort to keep me informed. I’ve reached out but haven’t received any clear answers.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would not recommend this company based on how they handle deliveries and customer service. I expected better reliability and transparency.

Extremely happy with my order! Came on time with no delays, no missing parts and everything was in order.

Great design, well made, easy to follow instructions. Was a bit concerned buying from Germany through UK customs but the process was seamless. Delivered within a week, kept informed along the way and delivered by our trusted Parcelforce guy not some dodgy dude in a battered white van hurrying to the next stop. Overall very impressed.

#DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY# would leave zero stars if I could. Do not order from this company there delivery dates they put are untrue they just put that to make you order then you will recive a email stating your delivery has been delayed they will get back to you in 48 hours! Ther isn't a telephone number to speak to anyone in UK even though they advise 'OK living uk' it's a scam just to make you order steer clear from this company I am going to be reporting them to trading standards. I am going to have a very upset child on Tuesday as what I orded was her birthday presents and it's not going to arrive on time so please belive me when I say DO NOT ORDER FROM 'OK LIVING UK' they just draw you in with their delivery dates and don't fulfil them joke of a company

I placed my first order with OK Living, having complete faith that they wouldn't let me down. Unfortunately the experience has been awful.

My order was dispatched but hasn't moved for days - it's being 'stored' for some unknown reason in a warehouse somewhere.

OK Living informed me of the delay, and said they'd provide further information within 48 hours. I was disappointed but trusted that they would indeed provide further information.

I contacted them to query what the issue is, but have been met with bizarre replies telling me that I must contact the courier myself to try and resolve this as they have no control over it. I'm not suggesting they have control of the courier, but I am suggesting that they advised me they would provide an update. I expected that to mean they are investigating cause of the issue and they will let me know when to expect delivery.

It's not my responsibility as the buyer to track down parcels being stored in another country, by the courier that OK Living booked!

OK Living are now refusing to reply to me, instead sending this bizarre automated message: 'We have received your message twice. Your request has already been processed. This information only serves as an interim notification, no feedback is required.' How ignorant is that?! I didn't send anything twice, they've just chosen to stop replying.

Who knows when or if I'll receive my item? OK Living have taken £213 of my money, told me there's an issue with delivery and that they would keep me updated - then backtracked on that and refused to help, all the while keeping my hard earned money!
UPDATE: The order eventually arrived in parts over separate days. The quality is incredibly poor, with several predrilled holes misaligned and the screws provided not the correct size. This didn't become apparent until the furniture was part-built, so I have been forced to rectify the issues myself.

I liked the way you kept me informed all through the process of my order

The item was delivered on time but the mirror was on the right-hand side of the unit not on the left-hand side as advertised on the website. The help desk emailed me a returns label and a full refund was issued within 24 hours. Disappointed as the unit was very well made and a perfect fit for my room, if only the mirror had been on the left-hand side!
