Ordered 2 weeks ago - it is late. I just got a notification that it was "ready for pickup". The "pickup" is in a different city at an undisclosed location... WTF...

Broke within two hours of use.

Delivery is supposed to be 5-7 business days. I am on business day 12 and haven’t received the package. I contacted customer service and they got back to me 2 days later. They asked for my address so they could mail me another one, and that was 2 days ago. No follow up or anything. I’ve even emailed them 3 times since sending my address and nothing. Terrible customer service. Terrible company.

Ordered a Snap Grip 5 at the beginning of September with an early October ship date. The ship date kept sliding and they would not provide updates on when it would ship. During their Black Friday sale they cut the price of it substantially and advertised the ship date as December 1st. I tried to cancel my preorder but they have a policy of not allowing to cancel orders. So had to pay a premium for giving them my money to hold onto for a few months. Their customer service must be AI, it is just an auto response. They also would text me because they "caught me looking" when I would view the webpage. So they must keep track of when I visit their site with an IP tracker. Will not do business with this dumpster fire of a company again.

Let me start with the positive…OhSnap creates a PREMIUM product worth the money they charge. I had a Snap Grip 4 Luxe, and LOVED IT! It’s because of that satisfaction that I ordered a Snap Grip 5. I got the new iPhone in orange and wanted a Snap Grip to match my new phone.

When I ordered on October 2nd, the website stated that that it was a pre-order and that my new Snap Grip would ship by “late October.” Cool! I can’t wait!

By mid-to-late October the website changed. It now said, “early November” for the ship-by date. I checked my e-mail. I received no update from OhSnap. I sent an e-mail inquiring about this. All I received in return was a vague e-mail thanking me for my patience, but providing no update.

Early November came and still no update. I e-mailed again. The reply was vague, again, with zero update on what the hell is going on, or when I should expect my purchase to be shipped.

While OhSnap creates a superior product, their customer service is a dumpster fire, AT BEST! They will not let me cancel or change my order because it’s already “been processed.” At this point I am considering reporting them to my bank for fraud. It sucks…I love their Snap Grips. Everyone in their customer service department should be fired. AI could have sent update e-mails so that, at least, their customer know that they give a shit.

This will be the LAST time I do business with this F-tier company.

If you install the product to try it and don't like it, like I did, you can't return it and they don't issue a refund. How am I supposed to know I like the product if I don't try it?! They need to have it everywhere on their website that the item is nonrefundable.

Horrible product. Would not stick. Customer service is a joke. Waste of money. Too bad no negative stars.

Cheap plastic. Over prices for sure. Any of the $5 amazon products do the SAME thing with better flexibility and comfort. Avoid, this product has a 16,566.67% mark up. Aliexpress sells the same products for $0.30 a piece in bulk. This company buys them and resells for $49.99....

I don't know how their products were in the past but I can say without any doubt that their current phone grips (the luxe 4) are superior to any model I have seen on the market, and blow my old pop socket out of the water. What turned me into their grip was the fact that I was getting so tired of removing my pop socket every time I put my phone on the magnetic charging dock in my car. I couldn't even leave the popsocket on just to have the dock at least hold my phone because the pop socket was to chuncky. Well the Luxe 4 grip solved all my problems. It fits my charging dock perfectly so I never gotta take it off and I am equally amazed that my phone is still able to charge via wireless charging as well! So convenient. The grip itself is very nice. Took me 5 minutes to get used to the differences but I like the two finger or one finger hold options. Once you understand how to work the kickstand it is phenomenal and sturdy. The feature of getting your grip to open with just a tap on the edge is a very nice touch! Another bonus? The outer magnets in the grip that allows you to stick your whole phone onto anything metal like a fridge or car. It's shockingly strong and I could see many uses for this. The material of the grip doesn't feel cheap whatsoever. At first, I was not thrilled with the cost as I already thought popsockets were overpriced as it is. However, knowing all the features of this grip and what is can do I must say that their price is justified for the different feats of engineering they accomplished. Overall, five stars and I highly recommend this grip so far. Pure quality and craftsmanship within this tiny grip that I know as someone who is a small startup / business owner I do truly appreciate.

My snap broke within 2 years. I let them know the problem and they said I was out of warranty. That's fine and all but they only have 1 color out of 10 colors available. If you want someone to purchase a replacement, you would hope that they actually have options for you to replace.

I am just so impressed with OhSnap, they ran out of adhesive I just needed the adhesive. I wrote to customer service asking when it would be back in stock, they sent me an entire snap 4 luxe replacement the entire thing. Not just the adhesive, the entire phone grip a new one. Popsocket doesn't do that, if the magnet starts coming apart on the bottom of the base they don't replace it after 30 days. I purchased the snap 4 luxe in December, here it is May and they replaced the entire thing because they ran out of adhesive. That's an amazing company, I was very confused at first because they wanted me to fill out a form I knew it wasn't defective so I wasn't understanding. She said just fill out the form we will send you a new phone grip, that it was still under warranty. I love this company. This is a very honest company, I'm a customer for life now.

I purchased the "Oh Snap case and grip kit". It promises you can charge directly through the grip on the back. I tried through several chargers but couldn't make mine work. I contacted the company, who informed me that there was A RETURN SHIPPING FEE. Even though my product was defective and did not work as promised. They obviously get so many returns they have to charge for it. Ridiculous... buyer beware.

If the price tag doesn’t scream scam, I don’t know what does. They want over $50 for a $1 piece of crappy gear. Also their spam commercials are ALL over the internet.

Bought the snap 4 lux a few months ago, then the snap car mount. Those worked ok, though I wasn't super impressed. Then, I recently purchased 2 snap chargers and neither would work with my phone case on, even though my case met the requirements. In all my fiddling, the snap grip came unstuck from my case, so I decided to try a thinner case and ordered new grip tape to adhere it, spending $13 for 1-3 day shipping on $3 tape in hopes of getting it intime for the road trip i was hoping you use it for. The shipping took 7 days and the company took another 3 days after that to reply to my email asking why they didnt purchase 1-3 day shippingwith the money I paid them. The agent that responded said that 1-3 day shipping doesn't mean the shipping time, it means their time to ship. Heck no. That's not how that works. After all that, 1 chargers still didn't work at all and the other charged more slowly than I could use my phone. It said 4 hrs to full and went down as I used it. That doesn't work if you need to charge while using GPS, etc. It also got terribly hot. So I sent them back. They deducted a retuen shipping fee from my refund, even though there's no mention of that in their return policy and it's called "handling" on the receipt. Plus the items are defective -- item didnt just change my mind. So, the whole mess cost me thr cost of a new case, new sticky tape, and $20 in shipping fees = $50+ to end up with no chargers.
The customer service from the minute I started contacting them, before I even made the charger purchases due to a webaite glitch, was TERRIBLE. 48+ hr response times minimum and no one even pretending to understand what they were talking about. A few people were openly hostile. Their troubleshooting form has numerous programming errors and you cannot contact customer support instead. They simply send you back to the form that doest work.
Overall, DO NOT BUY FROM THE COMPANY. I regret having even heard of them.

Bought the snap 4 Luxe, worked great for a couple months. Adhesive on the back started to completely peeling off and would no longer stay on the phone or the grip itself. I submitted a support ticket and instead of sending me a replacement, they sent me two new adhesives. Both of these adhesives failed within a month. Now the product is out of warranty and they’re refusing to replace it, even though my original support ticket requesting a replacement was sent within the warranty period.

Customer service sucks. They will send you bandaids and bullshit to get you through the warranty period. Then offer you a discount code to purchase the same product again. There are plenty of other options available. Avoid.

I recently bought a SnapGrip Luxe off the site and it came in fairly quickly. I had a little trouble with opening the packaging, but that was a me issue caused by ADHD brain going brrr while in the middle of a conversation I had to put energy into actively listening for, a conversation that could have waited until the next day instead of seconds after returning home from a night shift. Once I finally noticed the perforated opening point that was actually fairly obvious, it was super easy to open. It was also very easy to apply.

Regarding functionality, it works wonderfully thus far. It was a slight learning curve getting used to opening because I was used to prying open PopSockets, but I adapted to the different ways of getting it to pop open very quickly, so points for ease of use. The little finger hole for single finger holding is also a nice touch.

The magnetism also works well. I have tried plopping it on the fridge at home, my car along the outside (very useful for putting your phone down *momentarily* while grabbing other stuff out that once grabbed, full use of both hands is no longer required—as someone who tends to have their phone almost always in hand and tends to have it on my lap while not in use when driving), on a gutter drain outside my workplace (a random fun test for the giggles), on the mini fridge in my workplace’s small break room, on the oven door of my home’s stove (common sense mention to not do this with the stove or oven on), and the dishwasher thus far.

The kickstand function is absolutely amazing in my experience. It is much better than my PopSockets since I don’t have to keep readjusting the angle to keep it from topping down on itself half the time. This is important for me as someone who very often puts their phone down while watching vids or shows to free my hands for eating, which for me helps me slow down when I eat.

As for the durability, it’s certainly much more durable than glancing at it would make most expect. As thin as it is, it’s definitely got good durability to it. It has to for it to be functional as a phone grip in any capacity. If it were just a magnet function, the durability wouldn’t matter nearly as much, and if it weren’t durable, either my phone’s weight or the way I hold it via the grip would have broken it already. I’m not going to test its durability beyond its intended functionality, so I can’t say for how durable it is overall, but it is most definitely adequate for what it is designed for.

Literally just got it, Ohsnap grip 4, in the mail. I love it. Perfect fit for my finger no matter which way I use the grip. It took me a minute to figure out the kickstand but I got it now. I haven't tried wireless charging yet but I will soon. Once that is confirmed, I'm going to buy these for all my family members. It almost disappears into the back of the I phone. It arrived in a few days. It's fantastic. Thank you for making this. My other grips dug into my finger and were NEVER comfortable. In fact they were painful. This feels like nothing is there, no pinching, no sharp spots. I'm about a woman's ring size 7.5 (US scale).

Beware they are price swapping!!! Gotta love when you email support about price swapping on the website and no one responds, gotta love when a sales person texts you asking how they can help and you inform them that there is price swapping going on and they just tell you to contact support… went to get the case version for my phone and it shows on sale for $55 down from $89 and when I go to my cart it is saying before tax it is $69.99. The math ain’t mathing.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I purchased. Definitely a scammers that take your money and don’t care about their customers. I’ve never seen such a terrible customer service.

I ordered a case which was preorder but didn’t ship around the time they said it would. It was weeks later. When it finally arrived it was cheaply made and the camera cut out was rough around the edges. I sent them the photos to which they never reacted and submitted a return. It’s been over 10 days that they have received my return but I still haven’t heard from them or received a refund. I don’t recommend doing business with Ohsnap!
