Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.

My Ogi experience was below par until I spoken to a gentleman on the phone who was nothing short of fantastic and got engineers to come out to my property. The two gents Ash and Chris were absolutely amazing (it takes a lot to impress me) they sorted everything and we're so meticulous with their work I had no words to describe how good they were. Thanks to them I have now decided to stay with Ogi as my speeds and conection are next to none. Thank you so much gents you are a credit to Ogi and worth every penny you earn.

Just had to say a Big " THANK YOU !" to Sion at Ogi.
His straight delivery of the service , coupled with a happy , kind demeanour meant that I was back in the game with my connection within minutes ! ALSO with a considerable savings to boot !
Can't fault it Ogi gets my vote every time.

I had a problem with my Internet. I rang and spoke to a very lovely lady who helped me. 2 engineers came out which were very nice and friendly. Respectful of my house and talked me through everything. Excellent service. Well done.

I needed help making a promise to pay date with one of the customer service teams on the web app. They was very helpful & understanding, she also set up a new date for me & was very kind about it.
Was great for a year... but then wanted to nearly triple the price and only made better offers when I'd already moved elsewhere....
Then because they didn't send the collection email for the routers I get charged another month of £52. Ring and a lovely lady gets the router return email sent out to me... as soon as she transfers me to billing though line is cut and now left on hold waiting for billing... So basically you took money you shouldn't, after I checked at the start of the month was told I wouldn't be billed again... and now I can't get hold of you to sort it out...
My internet was great for two years but they then wanted to charge me an astronomical figure after that period which was way higher than a premium service without any deals offered by other companies. I’ve asked no less than three times how to return my kit and was told I could drop this off which seems like a terrible business model. The website still says they will provide a returnable box and when queried was told that the website needs to be updated. I have asked and asked how to return the kit but they seem to avoid all the emails I’ve sent then they sent me a bill for £80! So all in all decent internet service terrible customer service. It’s a shame because I would have considered returning in the future but definitely won’t be now.
26/01/2026 - Update
So finally I managed to speak to Rory, who appeared to be the only person able to make any real sense of the situation which was a relief at the time. Unfortunately, I now seem to be back going around in circles. I returned my kit as requested, and while my email confirming this was sent on 6 January, I’ve only received a response today. I’m more than happy to settle my final bill (I genuinely am), but in order to do that I need two things:
- An updated final bill, reflecting the fact that the kit has been returned.
- Clear details on how I’m supposed to make payment now that my contract has ended.
Once I have the above, I can get this resolved promptly. I’d appreciate it if we could bring this particular saga to a close so we can get on with our lives.

this company has been operating for over 3 years in my area, no online portal, no communication what so ever regarding automatic renewal of contract, poor intenret service, poor signal while the router is next door.
Over all, it seems someone managed to get hold of publich money via welsh governemnt and started signing up customers without proper customer managemnt processes and technical infrastructure in place. All they have done is phone line and you can speak to someone.

Regret Signing up. First year was flawless, then signed up to a 24 month contract. Internets been dodgy since... surprise. I'm out of work currently and £80 a month for internet is not a priority when you have to live. Customer service slow to respond and act, even stating time frames that are never met when un-suspending, wasting more time I'm paying for. They breached their own policy by suspending me and then re-suspending me without reason and without notice... check their small print. I'm just building evidence to challenge them to get out of contract early. Awful. Wish I'd never bothered to begin with. Don't bother replying OGI super care "come talk to us" team. Stick it.

My 2 year Ogi100 contract was due to expire on 30/11/25. I agreed to renew on 27/10/25 with an improved Ogi500 service. I asked what equipment would be needed and was told that Eero routers would be sent and that I could install them before 1/12/25 and use them on my existing Ogi100 setup before the upgrade. By 30/11/25 nothing had been received so contacted them via the Customer Care function on their website. I received a response on 1/12/25 with an apology that nothing had been acted on but the routers would be sent out with DPD as the couriers. Nothing happened, I waited a few more days before contacting them several times again via the Customer Care function on their website. I eventually received a reply that the routers had been dispatched on 1/12/25 and delivered on 3/12/25. I responded by assuring them that no such delivery had taken place. Their answer on 15/12/25 was that they would check with the warehouse and get back to me. As of 19/12/25 no such contact has been made with me. Since 1/12/25 I have been paying for the 500 service but still have to make do with the 100 speed with the old kit. I am very disappointed with the actions taken to resolve the issue.
*Had a response today 29/12/25. They provided a snapshot of the doorstep they say DPD delivered to on 16/12/25. It is not my house. Sent a snapshot of my front door. I am told they will check with their warehouse (again) and if satisfied the delivery was to the wrong adress will dispatch another to arrive in 3 days.
**Update: Routers dispatched on 31/12/25. Furthermore this time DPD gave step by step info on delivery which arrived on 4/1/26 where previously no such info existed. This leads to some conclusions. OGI did not dispatch on 1/12/25 or 15/12/25 and the "proof" snapshot they provided for delivery on 16/12/25 was not my address and the package shown in this was a small A5-sized padded envelope not the sizeable box that eventually arrived.
