Good quality British made easily fixable wall hook board.

This is the second oak coat hanger I have ordered from Off the grain because I loved the first one so much.
Quality of the product is very high, easy to fit to the wall and looks amazing!

Lovely coat rack - oak finish 6 hooks. Very easy to put up. Well packaged on arrival. Speedy delivery.

Very impressed with the service from Off The Grain, including the message to let me know the progress of my coat rack in the workshop. Delivered as promised and a quality item, which was simple to install.

Beautiful product. Looked at buying a long panel of coat hooks from the Cotswold company but then found a much better version from Off the Grain with lots of different size options, beautiful wood and handmade. Dom also followed up with a text message to check that everything was okay (which I've actually noted to do for my own business as it was such a nice touch!). Athough we didn't have any issues or concerns, I get the impression that they would do all they can to help. Highly recommend.

Quality of the product was not great unfortunately. I was excited when my coat hook arrived today after ordering 4 weeks ago but could instantly see some of the wood is splintered at the ends which has just been painted over. Real shame as want to support UK business but for a £90 simple coat hook, the quality has to be better. Communication from the seller was regular but they don’t commit to a delivery date when your order, you just have to wait and see when it comes.

We love the rustic matt look to the finish. Solid wood not mdf and well put together. Always worrying ordering from an unknown company but no problem and importantly kept in touch throughout. Only slightly let down by the courier delays but it is busy time of year so it wasn’t an issue. Would we return for another item? Yes. Recommend? Yes

Edited to reflect that the company has worked hard to fulfil my order. There were issues along the way but I have received both items and all is well.

I ordered a couple of floating oak shelves for my en-suite. Service was excellent and the product is stunning, the quality and finish. They’re now going up in the bedroom instead, they’ll be wasted in the en-suite!

I recently purchased a 6 hook Rustic Coat Hanger for a small back door entrance lobby. Firstly, I was pleased to find this UK company making and selling its own timber furniture and accessories. I’m very happy with this quality product - it’s solid, well made and does exactly what I bought it for. I would definitely recommend this company for quality, ease of ordering, fair pricing and customer service. The items are made to order in a small workshop, so delivery isn’t instant, but our rack came in a couple of weeks which was absolutely fine. Keep buying British!

From placing the order to receipt of the product. Great communication throughout. The coat rack arrived very well packed with no damage. The rack itself is great quality and looks fabulous. Very much looking forward to using it on the future.

Dom and the team produce really high quality handmade products. The communication during the order and shipping process was really clear and with a few basic tools I was able to install the product easily. I have ordered twice now so can vouch for the reliability over several years. Well done!

I’d been looking for a shelf to fit between the fire and my wall-mounted TV to protect the TV from heat for quite a while, and I finally found Off the Grain, I knew I needed something like solid oak. The solid oak shelf is beautifully crafted—sturdy, smooth, and clearly made with real care. It looks even better in person and adds a perfect touch of warmth and style to my space. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! I will be shopping here again

Really good experience ordering from here. We were skeptical at first as we were not too sure if the table would fit the vibe of the room. We emailed in asking a few questions, got responses super quick and reassurance too. We ordered it and item arrived… it was better than we imagined! Only lost a star due to the instructions being pretty tricky to navigate. The owner has already addressed this and said it’s something they’re working on - so you can’t argue with that! Thanks guys. We will be back.

End product is fantastic (TV stand) but delivery took far longer than suggested of 6 weeks (13 weeks in total) and a lot of chasing for updates.

As long as you’re prepared to deal with potential delays then product is worth the wait.
