I would like to commend Ofcasa for the remarkable way they handle customer queries and after-sales service. I ordered the Valdez extending dining table, and it arrived very quickly with superb efficiency.
Unfortunately, possibly due to delivery handling, the extending part arrived damaged. I contacted Ofcasa’s customer service, and they dealt with the issue immediately and professionally. Aimee, in particular, was extremely helpful, her service was effective, efficient, and impressively fast. I have never encountered such a quick and responsive customer service experience.

Despite the issue, I absolutely love the table and chairs. They are excellent in both design and aesthetics. I will definitely continue to patronise this company and highly recommend them to others. Very trustworthy and reliable.

Order 4 x Jarvis chairs and couldn’t believe the speed of delivery - very happy and arrived before Christmas.

Decided to order two more in New Year which came just as quickly - 2 days!

The plastic floor protectors for the feet were missing from this second box but after sending an email, Aimee got these dispatched super quickly.
Really pleased with not only the quality, but also the speed of delivery and after sales customer service.

Good communication, excellent quality and fast delivery

I ordered a table and decided to cancel the order within the allowed cancellation period, as clearly stated on the website. However, cancelling has been extremely frustrating.

I have been trying to contact customer service for three days, but I only receive responses late at night, and communication is very poor and not smooth at all. What should be a simple cancellation has turned into a lot of unnecessary effort and stress.

I expect this cancellation to be processed immediately and would like to receive my refund as soon as possible.

If you claim that customers can “easily cancel on time,” then your customer service should actually be reachable and helpful during normal hours. This experience does not match what is promised on the website.

Very disappointing service.

I would not advise ordering from ofcasa. Yes, you may receive a good product, but if there are any issues, e.g., a damaged, used, or not-as-described product, delivered to the wrong address, or items missing. They are very reluctant to resolve any issues you may have.

I ordered the Veronica dining table. It arrived damaged. Some of the screws were missing. The inside packaging was a mess and looked as if I'd been sent a returned, damaged table in the hope I’d keep it with no complaints.

When I raised this issue with them. I was asked to keep the table and dispose of it myself. The table is huge and very heavy. I'm still annoyed about this as it's expensive to have it collected.
This is why they do not want to collect it themselves therefore I as the customer lose out financially.
Terrible customer service! When they knew all along that they sent me a faulty table.

I ordered the Zahra dining chairs. Described as white.
On arrival, they were a cream yellow undertone colour. I contacted them to say the chairs are not white. The overall response I had back was shocking. I was told I'm the only person who has said this. I was told I must cover the cost to return as the chairs are as described.
The lowest price for return delivery would have cost me £79.99!

The company are the one who is at fault and should cover the return cost. Once again they didn't want to pay the return fee.
Aimee from Customer Service said “Everyone has a different view of colour, maybe you think the colour is not white, but the actual dining chair is white”

This is not true. The fact is the chairs are not white.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I have the right to reject the chairs where goods are not as described, and the seller is responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods.

I sent emails to Aimee regarding this and asking to speak to the manager but she stopped replying and ignored all further emails. I've had no reply since September 2025.

I found her to be unbelievably rude and lacked basic customer service skills.

As a result, I would not recommend this company as you're most likely to be out of pocket because of how they deal with regular online buying issues.
Buy from a reputable company instead

Die Stühle waren gut verpackt und stabil, haben jedoch DEUTLICHE optische MÄNGEL an den Rückenlehnen (Falten und Knicke). Trotz mehrerer Videos und Aufforderungen des Verkäufers zum SANFTEN DRÜCKEN MIT MÄSIGER KRAFT GEGLÄTTET ! Seit einer Woche glätte und klopfe ich die Stühle mehrmals täglich,dennoch bleiben die Falten BESTEHEN und gehen KEINESFALLS weg.Statt einer Lösung wurde ich immer wieder angefordert täglich neue Viedeos zuschicken.Dieses Vorgehen empfinde ich als enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel.Eine Teilerstattung wurde abgelehnt. 2 Stühle für 209€ habe insgesamt 6 Stühle gekauft.Für den Preis ist die Qualität nicht zufriedenstellend.

Great Fast delivery and Over the moon with the quality of the chairs I ordered , good quality and very reasonably priced small issue with the protective caps for the chair legs where I didn’t get the required amount for the number of chairs I bought but this was rectified by Ofcasa promptly by sending the missing Caps by courier so very happy and would use Ofcasa again for any further furniture I need and would recommend them to my friends and family .

Our new chairs are superb, bought 2 in green and 4 in grey was slightly nervous buying off a website without being able to try them out but they are so comfy and great value for money.

The only negative comment I could find about them online was regarding the feet possibly scrapping on hard floors but when they arrived they had included some rubber feet to prevent this… nice touch!

I also emailed in to their customer service department to enquire where I could acquire additional feet and they not only replied straight away but they also sent them to me free of charge.

So impressed with the company and products. Excellent quality, great value for money. Highly recommend.

Ordered the Edith dining chairs. Fast delivery, lovely quality for the price. Had an issue with one of the chairs. Contacted customer services and they sent a replacement straight out. Fantastic customer service.
