What an amazing company was dreading…
What an amazing company was dreading buying new chairs due to the fact I already bought some from another company double the price and on assembly broke .Then I saw an advert on FB for ofcasa and bit the bullet well when the chairs came fast del and I saw them not only are they sturdy but sleek and beautiful I am over the moon with them don't usually do reviews but cannot recommend this company enough and the price was amazing 😉 😀 😄

Excellent service. I sat on these comfortable chairs at a restaurant it was a Monday I took a Google photo located the company ordered 4 chairs and was sat on them in my home on Friday that’s amazing. Well done Ofcasa. Such a great price really really love them

Great products and service
We bought our dining chairs and bar stools from here. They were delivered efficiently, easy enough to put together and look/feel great they’re exactly what we were expecting.
Customer service was spot on as well as we needed to exchange a stool as the colour was off but they got back to me quickly and resolved it

Unfortunately I had agreed to DPD…
Unfortunately I had agreed to DPD leaving my parcel in my back garden behind the fencing. They did not they dumped it infront of my house and the parcel was stolen ( police now involved) Ofcasa did absolutely nothing to help and told me when you purchase with them a parcel being left right outside your front door is classed as a “safe place” and told me there’s nothing they can do and to have a good day. I would avoid this company at all costs the customer services is awfully rude and do not care. As far as they’re concerned they’ve had £300 and the customer hasn’t received goods but they just choose to ignore that area of things. I will continue to warn people and please if you are ordering from here unless you’re willing to sit in for the whole day and wait I would not purchase because the company is so absurd and will happily send you on your way and take your money. I have evidence of all emails and police reports now.

First, our shipping policy clearly states: “The courier will deliver your order to your doorstep or place it in a safe spot, such as your backyard, near your garage, at a neighbor's house, or hidden behind a trash bin, and will provide a photo (or leave a note) for your reference.”
Therefore, the driver's placement of the package at your doorstep was reasonable, and we have no grounds to file a complaint with DPD.And the tracking information shows the package has been delivered with photographic proof.
Once photographic evidence confirms delivery, we are unable to file a claim with DPD.
We regret that we cannot be of further assistance. We hope you will be able to locate your package soon with the help of the tracking information provided.

Worked out in the end
I wouldn't say the service was brilliant at first. The chairs came damaged and I was worried about getting a refund etc, but they replaced the seats with no fuss after photos were sen. The new seats came and I'm happy with the quality and the look.

Chairs too small
Don't know how this has so many positives reviews. I ordered Beatrix dinning table and 4 Kaya Dinning chairs. I haven't yet assembled the dinning table but the chairs are cheap quality and unless you're a skinny person, you won't fit. The size of rhe chairs is very small and is only good for my 1 year old toddler. I am 5 feet 9 inch with 90kg weight and don't fit easily.
Edit: The dinning table is good quality. But because of chairs build quality and size I'll still stick with 2 stars
