Ride driver with no regard for others
A van driver from this company parked his van over double yellow lines outside my house blocking access to my garage and refused to move it. When confronted he was very rude and refused to move it.

We have thoroughly checked our records and spoken to all our drivers and none of them confirmed that they were asked to move the vehicle recently.
We would also like to mention that your review was posted around midnight, which is outside our operating hours—at that time, all our vans were parked at our base and not in use. Additionally, we have not received any calls or reports regarding this incident, and the review does not specify the location, date or time, which makes it difficult for us to investigate further. Our vehicles have CCTV System installed so if you can give us those information we will be able to track the issue.

Excellent service, great team
We moved from Southfields to Morden and had an excellent experience with Kingston Removals from start to finish. Dora in the office was very understanding and accommodating when we had to keep changing our reserved date due to delays in the sale process. We paid for the packing service and the team that arrived the day before to pack everything were careful, efficient and friendly. We had a slight issue with the moving team on the day where one mover had to leave due to injury but the team had a replacement with us within the hour and Andrew and Ahmed on the day were incredible - tireless and so careful with our belongings. I would definitely use Kingston Removals again and would highly recommend them to anyone moving house!

First time experience
We moved from Watford to Chelmsford and it was our first time ever getting help from a removals company. I’d highly recommend Octagon removals…
I’d highly recommend Octagon removals in Watford. Dora was fantastic, from her initial visit and costing the job, to arranging all timings and scheduling our move from Watford, to the Westcountry. The team had great knowledge about the challenges of our property in Watford being on a main road, but everything went really smoothly and am still in awe about how quick they were in loading up the van (we had a 2 bed semi and had lived there for over 15 years, so yes, we had quite a bit of stuff!). They loaded over half of it on a Sunday afternoon (leaving us with the essentials overnight); then loaded the rest Monday morning and drove down to our new property in Devon. We arrived about 30mins before they did (and we’d left about 15 mins after they did). They unloaded & put everything in the rooms as we asked, re-erected the larger items of furniture, quickly, efficiently and in good spirits. All completed by mid-afternoon. Very speedy & very respectful of our stuff with zero breakages!
Worth noting we got a few quotes initially and Octagon were the cheapest. We were a bit apprehensive because they were that much cheaper, but needn’t have worried, they were fantastic!
I wouldn’t look anywhere else, highly highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. If I could rate higher than five stars I would!
The two guys who came to move my stuff were polite, friendly and professional. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing, and they were so fast.
They even offered to take more than I asked for, helping me out so much and reducing so much stress of moving.
They moved me between Brentwood and Warley in just a few hours.
I will 100% use them again in the future, I am so happy with this company!

These guys are outstanding!
These guys set a new standard for a removal company. Highly professional pre move in agreeing the scope and price. The most polite, hard working lads during packing up at the old place and unloading at the new. Went over and above - moving items they hadn’t transported and helping us get straight after their job was done. Special shout out to Ahmed and Pawl, but they were all excellent. And couldn’t argue with very fair pricing, thousands less than some of their competitors but the best service we’ve experience. And incredibly kind with our children. These guys rock.

Great experience!
Super helpful! I contacted Octagon for a move in Edmonton, North London at 11:30 and had a van ready to assist at 17:00 on the same day.
My belongings were handled carefully and the move was done quickly. The two guys were really friendly and I was really impressed with their work.

Had a wonderful experience with Octagon Watford Removals - moving from storage in Watford to North London. Response to a request for quote was prompt, without being pushy. Price was competitive, crew were polite, professional and easy to work with. Everything was completed within the timescale. After a down-payment upon commitment, they do expect payment before the job is fully complete, which could be a bit worrying. However, in this case it worked for me. I would use them again without hesitation.

Great highly recomment
I was very nervous about moving even though i have moved homes to Australia and back, ( yes i know, why) but this move was causing me concern. When the truct turned up on the Monday morning three happy smiling faces greeted me at the front door. I showed the workers and boss what was being removed and what was not. They got on with the job with very little direction from me there after the first discussion. They were very efficient, respectful of my possessions and have knowledge of how to dismantle difficult items to get through the doors. I would highly recommend this company with no hesitation. I would certainly use them again but hopefully i wont be moving again, Thank you Pavo for the professionalism of yourself and the crew.

Great service
I had never used a removals company before, but definitely always will now! Great service, friendly and efficient. Packed up an entire 2 bedroom flat in just over two hours, including dismantling some furniture. Then quickly unloaded and reassembled while I got on with unpacking. Made the whole process much less stressful than doing it myself. Would definitely recommend!

I first spotted Octagon Removals moving someone else in my road so I went to talk to them and they gave me their card.
Pawel came over to have a look and take an inventory.
He was very pleasant and had a very calm and can do attitude.
I decided to go with them after talking with a few companies.
They came the day before to pack.
They were also very pleasant and hard working.
On the day of the move everything went very smoothly.My possessions were treated carefully and taken from Kingston to a container on a farm in Essex.
Instructions were needed to find the container down a farm track with not easy access.It was all handled very well.Again the team were pleasant and hard working.
I was so surprised that it all went so seamlessly as everything else to do with selling my house had been so painful.
I want to say that the admin team were very helpful too.
I will would definitely recommend this company and will be using them in the future.
