It's strange that I see so many good reviews about this company; I bought a Skoda Kodiak from them 8 months ago. have incurred, have had to replace faulty parts at a cost of over GBP 2000 since I bought the car from them, coupled with the fact that the car wasn't kept in good condition for a reputable motor company. Dont really have a rest of mind on the car.

I found a blue Hyundai Tucson online for sale at this car dealership. It was the price I wanted to pay so I rang and spoke to Mark who was very polite and helpful and arranged a test-drive for me the next day.
I subsequently bought the car as Mark was in no way "pushy" as some sales people can be which I always find to be offputting. Shortly after I bought the car, I noticed droplets of water in the driver's front headlight which didn't dissipate even after several days of dry weather. I contacted Oakwood and they sorted it our for me. Then a mechanic I know, noticed water in the passenger front headlight too. This was also sorted out despite the company having problems sourcing the new headlight. Neither of these problems were Oakwood's fault, but I found Natasha and the other staff at the servicing area to be very helpful; particularly the manager over this department of the business. I am very pleased with my car and would wholeheartedly recommend this car dealership.

We had appointment with Andy glover was super friendly , tried his hardest to get the car to us as it just come unfortunately never got the car not due to Andy or Oakwood. Would 100% recommend andy and Oakwood to people for a car from the little experience we had .

I recently bought a Mercedes CLA 250e Shooting Brake from Oakwood Motor Company in Bury and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the very beginning, Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. He was honest, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout.
On collection day, Charlotte was brilliant with the paperwork and handover. She took her time to go through everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left feeling confident with the car.
The car itself was beautifully presented and exactly as described. Everything was handled professionally and with a personal touch.

Long review but definitely worth the shout out!

Natalie was an absolute gem from start to finish.

Spoke with her a couple of days before to view the car. No pressure to put down a deposit and reserve the car as some other reviewers have written - I just knew that if I didn't reserve there was a chance the car could be sold - completely understandable!

We got there a little bit later than expected but were greeted by staff and looked after with refreshments.

My process took a little longer than usual, with no fault to the team (I had trouble authenticating something on my end) Natalie was super patient and did everything she could to help me along. Big shoutout to the other sales manager who managed to help the process along and find me a cheaper rate!

Natalie was also training a new member of staff (who was also really lovely) while multitasking several other things, all with patience and extreme attention to detail.

Such a good experience, as I've had not so great dealings with other dealerships. I would 100% recommend Oakwood to anyone.

I drove the car home after everything was sorted and I'm loving my new set of wheels! Natalie is a real credit to the company - couldn't have asked for better service or a nicer person to have dealt with.

The showroom is clean, comfortable and everyone was inviting.

Can’t speak highly enough of the team at Oakwood Bury! Bought my CUPRA September last year. Car is a dream & I absolutely love it! Had my servicing, MOT & health checks all done with them due to the amount of miles I do, they honestly can’t do enough for you 10/10 service!

Him and tried to contact him so as agreed went to the garage. When I got there I asked for Yassir and got told he wasn’t in or hadn’t come in and I said we had it agreed I was coming in to test drive this car. I was then left stood in the street for 30 minutes while a guy ran around back and forth and then went into an office until I eventually had to go ask him what was actually happening. I then got handed to the Manager Steve who tried to find the vehicle and apologised and eventually told me no one had got it from the garage and that the garage was now shut and as it was a bank holiday it would need to be Tuesday but that he would personally drive this to my house. Offered me things to make this right and promised me “ I won’t let you down” I gave this place one last chance as I liked the car and it wasn’t this managers fault. That brings us to today Tuesday. I waited until about midday and heard nothing so tried to call. I went to a voicemail so left a message and followed up with a live chat to see why the manager who wasn’t going to let me down after me travelling miles across Manchester twice to try and essentially give them thousands of pounds wasn’t important to them. I didn’t hear back so an hour and a half later I rang again and got told by a guy he was with someone but he passed him the message to call him back. By the time it reached 4:30pm today no one really cared or wanted to actually help or deal with me it seems so I called back to ask for my deposit back because I feel so let down and dissapointed. No one seemed to actually care when I said this and just said they would process it. This has been a truly terrible experience that no one there seems to really want to do or make right and I am now left in a poor situation without much I can do and I doubt this will even matter to them anyway.

****UPDATE ON 15TH MAY****

After replying here on the 11th saying they wanted me to contact them I did and I am still waiting for someone to actually contact me back. I won’t hold my breath

ALSO DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY TO HOLD A CAR! They refunded my £100 then without consent for some reason have taken another payment off £100 off me as an unauthorised transaction and I have tried multiple times to contact them and ring and in over 24 hours of leaving messages and someone going to contact me they haven’t and are stealing money from me now

Natalie was a fantastic help! Got everything sorted so I could come down the day and drive away with a great deal an hour later. Highly recommend this company for their cars and customer service!

We were welcomed by Natalie when we first arrived and she promptly got the keys to the vehicle we were interested in. She then left us to look at the vehicle without any preasure. When we decided that we loved it she listened to our questions and put our mind at ease by organising the vehicle to be valeted and ready to drive home the same day and organised for me to return it at a later date to fix the very few issues that there was on the car at no extra cost. She did advise us of all the extras we could purchase like extended premium warranty but she respected our budget and finalised the sale with no pressured additional costs. We would like to thank Natalie for everything she has done for us today her customer service was excellent and we were very happy with our new car.

I recently bought a Proace Verso from Oakwood Motor Company in Bury, and the experience was flawless. It was the best price on the market for the mileage and age, so I didn't even feel the need to haggle.

I dealt with Yasar, who made the entire remote purchase seamless. Between work commitments, I couldn't get to the showroom, but after a few digital signatures and a bank transfer, the car was delivered to my house in short order by a superb delivery driver.

There was zero pressure and no attempts to upsell, just genuine service. In an industry that can have a questionable reputation, Oakwood (and Yasar specifically) proved to be the exception. The vehicle arrived exactly as described and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended if you're looking for a stress-free, honest purchase.
