Don't order from this company its a con.
I spent £40 on a wooden item which looked great on the website, but when it arrived, it was flimsy orange stained wood absolutely nothing like the picture & badly finished.
Everything on the sight points to it being a France company based in the Netherlands but its all a front. The product comes from China. I can't send it back without paying & can't get a refund! I've emailed & done everything I can do.
The sight should be shut down its a total con.

Bait and switch. They took over a month to deliver a product I didn't even order. I order a diatomaceous earth bath mat in one design and received a very cheap rubber mat in another design. Customer service is terrible. They will respond but won't answer your question. Now I will be filing a credit card dispute. They do not take returns

Commande de 2 ensembles de couverts pour 4 personnes (soit 32 couverts) le 26 Mai 2026.
Reçu seulement 8 couverts.
Depuis et ce malgré des échanges de mail, rien de constructif. Toujours une réponse vague de "nous reviendrons vers vous", mais rien. Ce n'est jamais de leur faute, il doivent attendre qu'une autre équipe leur donne les informations. Bref, toutes les excuses sont bonnes.
Aucune avancée, aucun renvoi des articles manquants.
A ce jour je mets en demeure l'entreprise et engagerai une procédure pénale si besoin ainsi qu'auprès de la banque pour récupérer l'argent dépensé dans cette arnaque.

Attention, ce site est une arnaque. ils annoncent des retour possible jusqu'à 30 jours et quand on demande à utiliser ce droit de retour, ils communiquent une adresse en Chine (au frais du client, donc autant dire que ça me coute le même prix que la commande que de renvoyer le colis !) alors que le site mentionne un magasinier en France. Le SAV par mail est également situé en Chine et aucun échange constructif n'est possible, la personne qui vous répond écrit de façon automatisée. J'ai déposé un recours auprès du CEC France et auprès de ma banque pour tenter d'annuler la transaction, car impossible d'obtenir quoique ce soit malgrè une politique mensongère évidente..

Arnaque monumentale --- à fuir !
Nous avons acheté des plafonniers de diamètre 11cm pour un montant de 329,50€ pour remplacer des spots --- officiellement en stock, avec un "magasinier" dans le 95.
Il aura fallu quasiment un mois pour que la commande soit livrée, emballée n'importe comment dans un emballage mou. Cela partait directement de Chine, via Amsterdam. Le magasinier, s'il existe, n'est au mieux qu'une plateforme logistique.
Pour couronner le tout, le colis contenait le mauvais diamètre de spots (7cm au lieu des 11cm commandés). C'est une erreur de Oaks Nordic qui n'a jamais rien voulu savoir. Les frais de retour (vers la Chine) étaient à notre charge, avec un remboursement ou échange si jamais le colis y arrive bien et en bonne état... Vu la confiance en Oaks Nordic, qui répondait aléatoirement aux demandes, souvent en hollandais, ne prêtant pas aucune attention à ce que nous avions écrit et nous renvoyant aux conditions générale de vente --- qui ne gèrent pas le cas de l'erreur de la part d'Oaks Nordic (qu'ils n'ont jamais reconnu malgré les photos !) , nous avons fini par craquer et accepter à contre-coeur un remboursement très partiel (20%) pour des spots qui sont inutilisables, en plus d'être de piètre qualité. Il n'y a rien de nordique là dedans.
Une arnaque monumentale... à fuir et bannir absolument.

J’ai passé une commande chez Oaks Nordic le 23 mars pour un total de plus de 270€ , avec un délai de livraison annoncé de 8 jours. Nous sommes maintenant deux semaines après la date prévue, et je n’ai reçu qu’un seul colis : une petite lampe de mauvaise qualité payée 39€, qui ne fonctionne pas du tout et ressemble à un produit bas de gamme style AliExpress.
Les deux autres articles — des luminaires et un tapis — sont introuvables. Quand on essaie de suivre la commande, le suivi indique « introuvable ». Le service client ne répond pas, malgré mes messages répétés.
Je considère cette expérience comme une arnaque : le site retient votre argent sans fournir les produits commandés. Je demande un remboursement immédiat pour les articles non livrés et mets en garde tous les acheteurs potentiels.
⚠️ À éviter absolument !
