I really like this company....
I really like this company as they filter through all sorts of items for you and only offer you quality wares which for me is a new way of shopping but I do appreciate it very much as it can get so boggling when there are hundreds and hundreds of clothes to look through that are all very similar and can take days to decide. Thank you and will see how the pyjamas are and how quickly they are delivered.

The item I received does not look remotely like the online photo they promote. COMPLETELY different in look, feel, etc. I even sent them a photo of their on-line photo and what I received. Their website said, 30-day hassle-free returns and that is not true. They offered me a 10% return or 50% off the next item I order!!!!! With all of these Negative Reviews, why are they even allowed to sell!! Folks, take these reviews seriously. I have pictures to add to this but there isn't any option to upload.

Terrible refund process is obstructive and difficult.
I purchased some slippers which did not fit. When I asked for a refund and the address for free returns as per the website T&Cs I was given the complete run around. Had to send a photo, was offered a new size if I paid 10 euro shipping costs, was told I could send back at my own expense to China, offered a partial refund only and I could keep the items. Got my credit card co involved in the end and then the refund was paid. Do not recommend.

Absolute rubbish - usb rechargeable lamp…
Just received the usb rechargeable lamp I ordered. I wish I'd seen some of the reviews before I spent £31 on absolute rubbish. Also, the bottom part of the item (because you can't really call it a lamp) was broken and the battery thing inside kept falling out. I'm not even going to waste my time asking for a refund. I will not be buying anything else from this company.

Another drop shipping scamming company. Charging the earth looking high quality and it turns out it comes from China, extremely cheaply made and nothing like the images. Absolute com artists these companies are. I'm sick of them!!!

Ce site a de tres belles photos mais vend de la camelote! On ne peut meme pas appeler ça du bois cest aussi léger que du carton. Et ils osent demander de justifier quand on veut faire un retour. Ne perdez ni votre temps ni votre argent commandez ailleurs!

Terrible company do not buy from them. Slow delivery, poor quality and not as described, AI response to my email telling me to return back to china, a product that was meant to be hand made in Europe, phone number not in use. Very frustrating

The products were badly described
The products were badly described. The refund policy was poor (just 10%). For a full refund one had to pay to return the product China. I would recommend that you do not use this company.
