Ordered a drying mat in white for my kitchen sink which cost £49. On arrival it was badly packaged and a dirty grey colour. It certainly wasn’t worth £49. I emailed the company to request a return. I received a reply saying they would send a white version which I declined and asked to return mine still. Then got a further email saying I could have 10% refund and not return it!!!!!! I have declined that stating I want my money back in full. This is such a scam and I am annoyed that I ordered from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
I ordered the portable picnic table from the company which states it operates out of The Netherlands. The photos and description show the item to be well constructed and able to carry a bottle of wine, glasses and nibbles. What you actually receive is something made out of what appears to be balsa wood, unable to bear the weight of a bottle due to the wood being so very thin. In addition the fixings are too small and the wood is roughly cut and has numerous splintered edges. The company offered me a 10% refund and a 50% store credit. ( Why would I want to purchase anything further from this site??) They then offered me 20% refund and 75% store credit. If I wasn't happy with this they said I could return the item in original packaging which should be undamaged at my cost.It was only then I found out the return address is China, so I'd be even further out of pocket!
Do not use this company , you'll be wasting your money and the goods are substandard!

Same as other reviews. Total scam site.
Was able to raise a credit dispute and my bank sorted me out. I cancelled the order within their cancellation period, received confirmation this was done and getting a refund… item was sent and they kept my money.
Items from china, parcel arrived from ‘Kate’.
Fake site, fake items, 100% scam.

The product that arrived was made of ply wood
The product that arrived was made of plywood - not the high quality wood that the description showed and was significantly smaller than the photo implied. It was too flimsy to use and will be returned.

Chinese dropshipper not meeting UK regs.
Wish I had looked at reviews before placing an order. A drop-shipper fulfilling orders from China, using false discounts, and not honouring UK consumer rights. I should know better but also this business model should be banned.

Please be aware that this company ships products to UK from China. I received items with no instructions in English and now I am being asked to pay for shipment back to China to obtain a full refund. They have offered a discount on purchase but they have not able to supply instructions in English. This has been going on for weeks now and there is no ability to speak to anyone. Order no. #OA2998 - still ongoing dispute offered 30% partial refund but I will open dispute with bank, agree with others this site should be shut down, total scammers

Don't order from this company its a con.
I spent £40 on a wooden item which looked great on the website, but when it arrived, it was flimsy orange stained wood absolutely nothing like the picture & badly finished.
Everything on the sight points to it being a France company based in the Netherlands but its all a front. The product comes from China. I can't send it back without paying & can't get a refund! I've emailed & done everything I can do.
The sight should be shut down its a total con.
