Having been bought three gift cards for my birthday I tried to spend them on the Oakley website only to find you can only enter the details for one at the checkout.
Eventually getting through to a call centre to be told that is correct and the gift cards would have to merged into one, that would take 1-2 days for a faceless department to do.
A week passed and I chased only to be told it hadn't been requested and it would be done that day.
That didn't happen and I chased again to be told they were very busy and it would be 1-2 weeks and my only option was to wait.
I requested a refund to be told gift cards are non-refundable
I requested for it to be escalated as a complaint. That hasn't happened
I asked for a call back from a manager. That hasn't happened...twice.
So Oakley, you have £205 of my money, you won't issue a new gift card and you won't escalate it as a complaint.
Disgusting service. I will never buy your brand again.

Just spent the last 2 hours trying to get through to the Covent Garden Store for Oakley. Each and every time apart from 1 was hung up on. The one time I did get through I got this.

No welcoming message to Oakley Covent Garden, Nothing. Absolutely disgusting. If this is the way that the Oakley staff are trained to answer the phone then it’s a very sorry state of affairs at the Covent Garden Store indeed. Disgusting. Absolutely Disgusting.
fabulous air purifier but fault new filter
This is a fabulous air purifier. The reason that I have given it 3 stars instead of 10 if it were available, is because I have just received a new filter and it is faulty. It has the hours flashing which indicates that a new filter is needed.

I have worn Oakley sunglasses for nearly 25 years. Having received money for Christmas and my birthday, I decided to treat myself to a new pair. I can't believe how far their standards have slipped. I paid £150 for sunglasses that are the of the same quality you could get for £5 from a Chinese marketplace app. They were cheap and flimsy, think the type of plastic the toys on the front of a children's comic are made of. If I hadn't ordered directly from Oakley I would never have believed they were genuine in a million years.
When I tried to arrange a return I was only given the option to take them to a courier's drop off point. I am disabled and live in a very rural area with little in the way of public transport, there are no drop off points that I can get to. With most online retailers I deal with this is not a problem so I contacted Oakley customer "service" only to be told in no uncertain terms that if I wanted them collected from my home, I would have to pay for and arrange the collection myself. So the free returns are only free if you can access a drop off point.
On the whole I'm incredibly disappointed in a brand I have trusted for more than half my life and will never give them my money again.

Oakley aren’t what they used to be. The meta glasses aren’t what you think they’d be from a brand like this. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to get an email reply as they’re not working from new and there’s been nothing. Avoid at all costs

Wish I had looked at reviews before buying from Oakley. I assumed as a big name they would be OK, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I bought two prescription glasses, they didn't send one at all (I had to keep chasing), and it arrived poorly put together with the lens not fitting the frame. They refused a return or repair initially, and after a long process with loads of emails and photos going back and forth, they approved a refund as they said they couldn't repair it. I am now two months down the line without my refund, and they just don't communicate at all. I have to chase every time. Now they say the courier has lost the package, even though the tracking shows it was delivered. NEVER buying Oakley again.
Poor design and even poorer customer service...
Glasses lenses damaged due to poor design. Complained to Oakley to be offered a good will gesture 'discount' that was the same as anyone could get in store. Despite the pointless offer you carnt reply to them because its all automated. I wonder if my original complaint was 'automatically' rejected and ignored.

What has happened to Oakley? I've worn Oakley sunglasses for sport and leisure for over 30 years. Recently ordered a new pair of Whiskers and they are dreadful. Hinges aren't formed properly so the temples wobble and flex. The frame isn't even as well made as the £12 reading glasses I bought for DIY work. Utterly dreadful. Really dissapointed.

Oakley do not respond to customer help queries or provide the proper product support literature or video guides. Their service is appalling I will not be buying from them again.

Customer Service
Very poor customer service, Issue was going on for over a month. It was as if they didn't know their own products. I worked out the issue myself through a you tube clip. They should sack the incompetent employees and employ the you tube person.
I will think again about buying Oakley's in the future

Dreadful Customer service, First shipment 17th July, goods damaged in transit, emailed 20th July and had a reply from Jocelyn saying a replacement will be sent, 21st July email from Bella saying would I like a replacement sent or a refund, requested a replacement for the 2nd time, 21st July email from Jasper, replacement sent. 22nd July Team Oakley email Delivery expected July 23rd. 24th July rang customer services and received an update from Janice saying please wait another 3 working day and if there was no change from Evri contact customer services again, replied to this email saying it was unexceptable, NO RESPONSE. 28th July rang Customer services spoke to Arjay, he told me he would find out when the replacement would arrive and ring me back or email me. July 29th NO RESPONSE.
I thought Oakley was reputable - I was so wrong
I ordered multiple items on the Oakley website to try for size and suitability. I returned the unwanted ones and kept two pairs (goggles and sunglasses). I was told I was not able to return as outside the return window. Luckily I kept the shipping slip that said return window was 30 days.
Oakley finally agreed (after about 20 emails) to accept the return “exceptionally”. Your rules not mine Oakley! Don’t lie on your shipping forms!
I returned the items a month ago now (as soon as they sent the shipping label) and there has been no refund. Oakley state refunds should be processed within 15 working days. Oakley you owe me over £300. Small claims court here I come?

Oakley "customer service" is non existent. I love their sunglasses - but communicating with them to ask a basic question is an absolute joke! Do they read these reviews I wonder? Products are available on-line to buy - but in reality they do not have them. I honestly think I know more than the people who answer the phone and live chat. I give up.

Sad to say that my recent experience has been no different to many here. It is incredibly difficult to find the right person to whom to address a requirement. I need new prescription lenses but it seems nobody really understands what prescription means! There is no answer from the store in Covent Garden and their voicemail is “not accepting any more messages!” I found myself dealing with the CS team in the US and now I am no further on after 2 weeks!
Time to switch to Bolle?
So sad to see what Luxotica have done with this brand. It’s all about primary sales and forget about long term support.

Ordered a pair of glasses with next day delivery. When they didn’t arrive, I was told that actually according to their terms and conditions it can be up to 7 days! Agent then asked if I would give her a 9 or 10 on the survey that would follow. Nice glasses when they eventually arrived, but never again
