Didn’t get any cashback yet after 3 purchases

I joined NXrewards a month ago. I made 3 purchases through NXrewards. Only one cashback being rewarded but be reverted with no reason few days later. One not been show up even I uploaded proof of purchase two times. One is still under review. That mean I didn't enjoy any cashback after 3 purchases.

A waste of £18 membership fee for a service that doesn't work properly and bad customer service

*UPDATE 16th Feb* I am still unable to buy anything through the nx rewards website 5 days later. After phoning up to try and fix the problem, I was told there is nothing they can do and that it is not being looked into. They also will not issue a refund. Avoid these scammers like the plague.

Strongly recommend against paying for this because of bad customer service and an unreliable website. For the past 24 hours, trying to shop through any retailer takes me to an error page. This is an error with my account, and after speaking to other people, they had similar problems which "went away after a few days". I was hoping to use NX Rewards to get cashback on last minute travel and hotel accommodation, which I'm unable to do because of website issues.

I phoned customer service, who gave me general troubleshooting guidance like try a different device, browser, delete cookies, etc. None of that worked. He couldn't help me over the phone, and asked me to send an email with a screenshot - their website states this can take 7 days, and the man on the phone told me it's sent to a separate admin team. What use is customer service if they can't actually do anything to help?

Outrageous to be charging £18 a month for a service and customer service this bad.

*EDIT after reply from nx rewards: Still a 1 star after the reply is irrelevant. I am still a member because I had already paid for the following month on 21st January before cancelling - so not sure how your reply mentioning that is the slightest bit relevant.

I also have put in a request for the monthly bonus - this is not the same as being unable to click to retailers websites through your links.

You gave initial troubleshooting advice, which has not helped, as I stated. As I have stated, there is a problem with my account, which you have not fixed - despite happily taking my £18 monthly fee.

Your complete lack of knowledge shows exactly why you were given 1 star.

Great High cashback but certain shops never track.

Great High cashback and lots of places to get cashback but I mainly use it for Tesco which never seems to track. Nx rewards have been pretty useless in helping me find out why that is, and getting it to work. I just get generic cut and paste responses from them.
I have been having to send my receipts in manually every time which they do validate but is a pain and I'm pretty sure that's not how it's supposed to work. Other retailers track fine, so I know my cookies, etc are all working.
All I want is some help getting tesco to track how it's supposed to.

Service is easy to use once you get a grasp on how it works.

It could be improved by recording purchases properly automatically without having to submit proof of purchase, sometimes email etc.

Hard to claim the monthly bonus back

I like the cash backs which is really nice deal. However, the monthly bonus is difficult to claim. I joined for 4 months, only 2 months can successfully claim back my monthly bonus. I don’t know why and which is disappointing.

Very positive experience

I have had a really positive experience using NXRewards since I started a year ago.

Once you find a few things you can save money on with the participating retailers, it is just a case of:
1-Buying your monthly £100 One4All card (and add to Google Wallet if spending in store), for an equivalent of 20% off.
2-Logging in to NXRewards, then clicking through to your chosen retailer to buy online, for an equivalent of 10% off.
3-Doing one Monthly Claim Submission per month from your online purchase/s in step 2) to get the £15 monthly fee back.

If you struggle to keep to the routine of step 3, or don't want to buy things online, this is not the product for you.
If you can do this this, it will save you money for sure.

Monthly bonus claim

Instead of expecting customers to claim for monthly bonus it should automatically be generated when we make a purchase using nx rewards
It is a hassle to remember to claim and upload receipt

Please know that claiming Monthly Bonus and cashback is different. For us to validate your Monthly Bonus, we require our members to submit their receipt with the date corresponding to the month they are claiming their reward.

I always shopping through the NX reward web site,but every time can’t logged my cash back automatically, every time need email to the customer and discuss few emails to recovery my cash back .
I’m already clear the cookie and follow the instructions to start the purchase.

Early experience from a new user

Simple to setup, good response from customer services with any queries. Only negative is trying to keep track of requirements and whether cashback has been accepted but as I said customer services seem helpful and responsive if any issues

Scammers

Scammers ! Be aware ! I just bought a ticket, they send you a form to fill for to get few quid back. After filling a form you ending up as a member with 18£ a month to pay ! Absolutely joke ! Unacceptable, how this can be legally??

Great monthly bonus opportunity and attractive cashback for many retailers

The monthly bonus offers a great opportunity to leverage your cashback once a month. There are plenty of retailers where attractive cashback options are available too. Although it is sometimes difficult to get all purchases tracked automatically, the option of reporting them via email works well with a response in a few days that will add your cashback to your account

Tesco issue

There is an issue with Tesco when orders are tracking that the cashback is appearing as £0. It isn't a case of not meeting the special terms, as I've double checked these and I literally just bought food. I send the receipt in and just receive a reply saying my order wasn't eligible so it tracked at £0, even though it clearly was. This glitch needs looking into please.

Edited to add - I called to query this and was put on hold while they investigated, and then they just disconnected the call after 20 minutes.

Tricked into purchasing

Unauthorised payment made. Bought tickets on National Express site and have ended up being subscribed for an £18 monthly subscription without my agreement. Site is not plain and seems to simply subscibe you with only one inadvertant click.

This is not something a legitimate company would do and seems to rely on you not knowing or checking for the payments to come out.

Don't think I will be using National Express again either!
