I have been paying for years love it but still no bonus or extra reward
I have been paying for years and use it a lot it is great but I feel I don’t fully understand how to unlock bonuses etc. in the time I have used nx I feel I should have had some kind of bonus or reward by now.

It’s really great
It’s really great, no fault in their customer services. There is monthly fee of £18 , you can compensate with £18 monthly bonus . Plus 20% off on gift card & 10% cashback on most retailers

Absolute nightmare experience.
Absolute nightmare experience.
Customer support not even trying to help. Unable to add bank details for almost a month now since joining, because their website is not working.
Customer support pretended they are unaware of it, two weeks ago on a call they promised to get it fixed and nothing got fixed yet.
Support over email is even worse. Seems nobody is bothered, looks like a big scam.

very bad. still haven't received transaction cashback after 40+ days. have to send receipt for each txn even though it clearly shows on their website and tracked. support team says txn is approved but it still shows pending. pathetic exp not going to use this.

Best cash back ever
Best cash back ever, but recent experience with Sainsbury's online purchase cash back was a nightmare. Got rejected for a few times, each time with different reasons even though all proofs and information were provided. Finally, I called customer service hotline on Feb 5 and agent Christine was so kind to help investigate the case and confirmed over the phone that the claim was valid. She told us she would pass the case to Admin team to credit the cash back to my account and ask me to keep an eye on my email account. Unfortunately, an email was received a few days later rejecting my claim again and asking for the same proof and information that I had already provided many times again! I gave up the case as I just wanted to get away from that nightmare. That's a painful experience and it's unlike that I would make any Sainsbury's online purchase through this platform again.

The overall concept is good BUT......
Customer service was extremely frustrating. My monthly bonus claim was rejected due to a name mismatch, I explained the reason and sent my passport as requested, then heard nothing for weeks. When I followed up, they repeated the same request again instead of confirming receipt or giving an update. Poor communication, no ownership, and a complete waste of time.
