I love working for the Scottish Nursing Guild.I can work the hours that suit me and I get paid a proper wage for doing so.

Been with SNG for nearly 3 years now and get regular work to suit. Great pay rates and conditions. The process to join is thorough and at times can feel never ending. Stick with it as its definitely worth it. Would recommend to anyone looking to earn some extra money.

Excellent to work for and easy to book shifts with no hassle as well as excellent pay rates.

I’m happy working with Scottish Guild , they provide good communication ,plenty of choice of shifts ,always at the end of the phone if ever any problems .Pay system runs very smooth .

The guild are professional + supportive. For the 1st time in many nurses lives, we are paid what we are worth. They never harass us to work but do their best to place in our preferred areas when we are available. Yes, the paperwork to join is meticulous + detailed, every area covered carefully, but I would expect no less from a professional body. Their workbook should be adopted by the NHS as it is so well constructed it covers every aspect of nursing policy, relevant to practice. I am so glad I joined the guild as an ICU nurse. An outstanding organisation that I am proud to represent. To be well paid + supported is lifechanging

My child had an emergency operation, and SNG sent an amazing, supportive and highly professional nurse Mary McKenzie who spent 2 days with us in hospital and made those first most difficult days after the surgery less stressful. Mary was not only a general nurse for my child but a huge moral support for me as a parent, gave me time to go out for a walk, chatted to me and reassured things were going to be OK. It all made a huge difference to us. Thank you, Mary!

enjoy my guild shifts. the only down side is sometimes you arrive for the shift and it has either been cancelled and it's not been passed on to the guild and on the odd occasion the guild forget to pass it on but that is rare.

Great friendly staff in the Belfast office

I've been working with the Guild for over 2 years now and have always been treated with great care and respect. Staff are always very helpful and accommodating. There is a high standard of care provided and makes me feel very confident and proud to be working with them. Staff training is always available and their support is there 24/7.
