So far I've only been using the product for a about 7 days. Feeling like there has been some postive changes to my digestion and appetite suppression.

I'll be able to give a better analysis after 30 days and will update this again.

I have doing another program just couldn't lose the weight I needed. So I thought to give this program a shot. I also combined nucific with the other program and combined it all with an intermittent fasting program and I'm at 150. I feel great with a ton of energy and I feel comfortable in my own body that I have never felt before in my life. So I proud of how far that I have come 😁

It simply has done nothing for me. I used it for several months, four I think. I kept to my usual diet--lots of veggies, high protein and minimal carbs besides the veggies and I lot no weight whatsoever.

I like that I have lost a few pounds, and I would like to see if you have any other products that can help take me farther! I will continue to use this!

I only started about a month ago and I ran out before my next bottle came. I changed my order date to an earlier date so that would not happen again. So far I am liking this product very much. I was having indigestion before bed every night so I was trying to eat my supper no later than 4pm. I seem to be having less and less indigestion. Excited to see how it goes this next month. I began 24 days ago using Nucific having removed sugar and carbohydrates from my diet. I am a senior citizen and was addicted to cake, candy, pies, cookies, pasta,bread. I wanted to lose 10lbs by Christmas and 20 by the spring. Happily, I have lost 7 lbs. Using the concept of "one day at a time" I have been very strict with this program and surprisingly, when you take out sugar and carbos, you lose your craving for it. So far so good. I am determined to reach my goal. The nutrients in Nucific undoubtedly have contributed a great deal.

I've been taking Bio4x for approximately 1 month and I've lost 3 pounds. Healthy, sustainable weight loss is what I want to accomplish and Bio4x is helping me do that. My gut is healthier and I don't find myself reaching for snacks all day long. I still need to work on night-time snacking, but I'm a work in progress.

The BIO-X4 is the only digestive pill that allows me to eat things I was not able to have for years, I do not have any more digestive issues since taking a pill before every meal, I do not see any weight changes but my need was mostly for digestion.

I have not been on the night-time slim product for a full month yet! I know it takes some time before you start seeing results. I have great hope in this product in helping me to loose weight.

The supplement appears to make bowel movments easier. It does however make me very gasseous.
