My fault not yours
I received the package when I promised. Once I received the BIO-X4 I tried to start the program immediately but I struggle with swallowing pills and capsules. I emailed customer service to see if I can open the capsule and was told I could. So now I open each capsule and drink it with a full glass of water. Unfortunately during the Thanksgiving holiday I got off schedule and haven't been able to get back on track with my diet and workout regime so no fault to Dr Amy and her team but I can't confidently give it 5 stars just yet.
