I feel better, with less bloating, after meals. It also has made my bowel movements very regular and normal. I have lost some weight but I am not sure if it is the pill or the fact that I am being careful with my daily caloric intake. I do get very hungry at meal times so I am not sure if the Bio-X4 is helping any with hunger management.

I've been looking for an enzyme and probiotic plan for a long time. To put the icing on the cake, you've added appetite suppression and weight management. Couldn't ask for anything better and the price is absolutely affordable thank you thank you thank you.

So far, my experience is great. I was a little doubtful when I received the first package, as the booklet was all Spanish. I have been taking 3 tablets daily and I have lost 10 pounds in the last 6-8 weeks. I don't feel the anxiety/nervous urge to eat like I did.
I really don't feel different, just not hungry.
I have received my second shipment already so I won't run out of the supplements.

I'm in the middle of my first 3o day trial and I feel a big difference already. I've already lost about 10 pounds during this time and I notice a difference in a number of ways. I'm not as hungry as I used to be, in fact I find myself stopping when I'm full rather than continuing to eat. I also notice a slight difference in my energy and surprisingly I notice a difference in my gait. I'm actually walking like a younger man. I look forward to continuing my trial.

They send reminders when you should order again. This is a busy time of year and easy to forget until it's to late. My appetite has decreased greatly. I'm looking forward to my travels in January to see if it helps me tolerate all the different foods.

I have definitely noticed a great curb in my appetite. Normally I would snack in the evenings and now my cravings for snacking have all but disappeared. I am losing weight, and feel like I have more energy.
I also feel like Amy Lee sincerely cares for her clients. I feel like her email updates are sincere and not just a pitch to sell more products

I am 73, about 220lbs, type 2 diabetic on Metformin, Glyburide and a small shot, 14 units, of Insulin.
I am feeling good and have lost a little weight but have become constipated! I'm hoping that I will get over it soon without having to take something to rectify that situation.

Well Dr Lee, it has been one month. I was very frustrated with my diet and diabetes control. Weight was/is up, blood sugar numbers all over the map and I was exhibiting most all of the side effects in your video. I figured, "It's only money, why not?" So I did. To be honest, the first couple of weeks went by and I thought I had wasted my money. Third week and I did notice a reduction in appetite. Fourth week my stool is much more firm (like years ago!) and my desire to eat is substantially reduced! Whereas before the carb cravings would over power the will power, now I am beginning to see some dietary control. I used to have either 'full' feelings and terrible blood sugar numbers, or be 'hungry' all the time with great numbers. Now into week four, I am being satisfied with less food, and I expect this will translate into weight loss soon. I really have not done anything differently in my lifestyle. No increase in activities or deliberate dietary changes. I have a BMI of 31 (clinical obesity) and I want to get into the high 20's. To wrap it up, it's a slow start, but it looks good. Just as your video says, it takes a little time to get things back into balance. I believe I'm heading in the right direction! Thanks for the product that I now believe will help me get my health back. I'm much too young to feel this old!

I am not sure what the company is doing well, but they do have good customer service and the product has helped my digestive issues with bloat, gas, and maintaining a regular elimination cycle. I discontinued using the product for awhile because of cost and I could not find my order information. When I saw the ad on my computer I immedicately ordered for fear of losing the info again. I started Bio X 4 about 3 months ago and I immediately started loosing weight about a lb at the time. I had lost six pounds when I went for my Dr apt. and she was very pleased.
I have now lost only about 4 more lbs and it keeps vasilating up and down. I increased the three a day to 4 but am not getting more weight loss. I keep my calories under 1200 a day, whichi is the calorie intake I have used to loose weight before an lost 30 lbs. I am hoping the weight loss will pick back up and I will start loosing again.
It has not helped by digestive issues as much as I had hoped it would but they are better.

I really believe this product is cleansing me completely and I’m very excited on the results. It has also really helped me feel good about myself not only physically but mentally. I enjoyed all the news that Nucific sends often through my emails, they really help me think of my health and keep me aware on what could be harmful to our health.

I am still taking my first month’s delivery. I’m 73. I eat well and I get plenty of exercise, but over the past few years and thanks in part to COVID, I’ve managed to gain about 5 pounds. That may not seem like much, but it’s a trend I didn’t want to continue. I didn’t see why my approach to food or physical activity needed to change so I needed a magic pill that would give my body the ability to process as it used to. Bio-X4 has already provided noticeable change to inches and I’m nearly back to my ideal weight. While I don’t notice any changes in how I feel, I like what I’m seeing in the mirror. I won’t be giving up Bio-X4 any time soon.
