My experience with Bio-X4 is good. I have not had any ill effects. Between meal cravings have been less. As of yet, I have not experienced a weight loss but I will stick with it for the time being to see more results.

It seems that I loose a little weight after the start of the use of the product

The bloating I was having has minimized plus my energy level is better. Being on this product has made me more aware of what sugars do to my gut so making a more concerted effort to eat better and maintain my wellness is getting a mindset boost. The products are excellent and true to the promises of improved health, weight loss and control of cravings. Your delivery system needs improvement, exceptionally slow in this day and age. Over 4 weeks before I could try your product. As an example, you wanted feedback before I received my first order. There were many review comments about your product being a scam. Certainly, no scam, great business and great product, this message needs to get out,

I have been taking it 3 to 4 pills a day and while I have seen a slight improvement in my bowels I still suffer from diarrhea but will continue to see if it will get better.. I t had not done anything about my weight..It does take away the bloated stomach..

Well, the product does work! It is very strong! It curbed my appetite and gave me more energy at the same time.

I believe I have less of an appetite, which is good. I have noticed reduced bloating and gas, which is really good. I like it.

More stool movements but no bloated feelings anymore. Less hungry feelings but still craving and eating bread…moderate portions.
