NP Works Ltd  Anmeldelser

I had an issue with my bathroom and Nilz has been able to come and fix the issue within few hours. He has been very professional and prices are reasonable.

Thank you!

The team were amazing! They fixed my leaking tap incredibly quickly whilst also explaining the process to me. They then noticed a leak in a pipe from my boiler (which I had forgotten to mention) and they fixed that too! Great job.

Friendly, responded quickly, kept me informed at all times, Nil and Sean were conscientious in their work and a pleasure to deal with for my plumbing needs. I will use them again.

Great comms, really quick to respond and came out the next day to sort a blocked drain. Really efficient and lovely guys! Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in using them in the future!

Prompt throughout all experience. honest helpful advice with tips on going forward with project..no charge made and transparent pricing.
Would absolutely use again going forward

Neil and Sean are absolutely fantastic! Not only are they highly skilled builders, but they are also incredibly friendly, reliable, and patient. They helped us with a range of tasks, including setting up a fire alarm on the ceiling, changing door locks and handle and even working on the boiler and heating system. They took the time to explain how to use and control the heating, making sure everything was clear and easy to understand.
Their attention to detail and dedication to doing a great job are truly impressive. We couldn’t recommend them more highly—thank you both for your amazing work!

Could not recommend Nil highly enough, prompt and efficient service. Sorted out blocked drain week. Friendly and reliable service thank you !!!

Fantastic service. Nil was available at short notice, always kept me updated with photos and videos as well as helpful explanations and fixed the toilet flush and leak problem the same day. Definitely recommended.

Trustworthy and communicative, we were very happy with their work.

Nil and his colleague did an amazing job. I'd been trying to get hold of a plumber for days, with everyone cancelling, and they came to the rescue. Very efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend them more highly

Amazing service. Quick, efficient and incredibly professional and honest.

My go to guys for any plumbing or heating needs.
Fitted 5 radiators quickly and efficiently, great service all around.

Nilesh and Shaun replaced a bedroom radiator for us and as we’ve come to expect from them did a great job, overcoming a few unexpected problems without any fuss. Highly recommended!

We had a leak. Nil consulted over WhatsApp first and diagnosed the problem and then came prepared to fix it. They are really friendly and did an excellent job. We’ve used Nil multiple times and will continue to do so.

Nil and Sean did a excellent job with relocating a new boiler. The work involved re-routing gas line and fitting a new flue. As a construction industry professional myself, I recognise the skill and professionalism that NP Works provided. They explained each step of the installation process and how to use the smart programmer and app. I would certainly use them again.

Very friendly and prompt, honest service. I was given advice on other issues in my (tenanted) property that I wasn't even aware of and how to deal with them!

Stop scrolling. NP Works provided outstanding service! They were prompt, professional, and fixed the issue quickly. The work was high-quality, and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend!

It wasn't a straight forward job, and the original installers wouldn't do it. Nil and Sean came round on the same day of asking, were very polite, very good with communication, and ultimately did a great job. They also left the place really tidy. I won't hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The guys are so lovely, easy to deal with & great at communicating & explaining everything. They work so hard to get the job done even when they come across obstacles. Really pleased with the job (installing a washing machine in our hallway cupboard). Thank you so much!

Great service from Nilesh and his colleague. We had a leak from underneath our bath, which had come through the ceiling, and they did a brilliant job at identifying the problem and fixing it efficiently and very professionally. Excellent communication and advice which we really appreciated. We would highly recommended the company to others.
