Craftsmen Shutters Anmeldelser

The Company was recommended to me by one of my neighbours.

They came out very quickly and measured my windows and gave me a quote for new shutters for my lounge windows

The quote and payment terms were very clear
and also provided with an estimated delivery time

Was contacted as soon as the shutters were delivered and a fitting date arranged.

Fitting was done professionally and in a timely manner and the room left clean and tidy

Would be very happy to recommend the Company to anyone considering getting shutters

I would recommend this company to friends. Competitive pricing, very helpful and professional service. On the day, they arrived at the time confirmed so no waiting around.
All in all, great service.

I am absolutely delighted with my new shutter blinds. From the initial consultation through to the installation, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. The quality of the shutters is outstanding, and they have completely transformed the look of my home.

The fitting was carried out to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. The shutters not only look beautiful but also provide excellent privacy and light control.

I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family. If you’re considering shutter blinds, you won’t be disappointed. Excellent product, excellent service, and fantastic value for money.

We are really pleased with the work from Craftsmen. Good quality product at a fair price. Recommend.

Thank you very much for your excellent workmanship and service. We are very pleased with the shutters and will gladly recommend you to friends and family.

From meeting to quote to fitting- excellent service and highly recommended

We are so pleased with our shutters, would highly recommend! The customer service was absolutely excellent too — Toby and Sam went out of their way to make sure our shutters were fitted before our baby arrived.

Will be a returning customer if we ever need shutters more in the future.

1ST CLASS SERVICES, ALL ON TIME, VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!

We had received a couple of quotations from other providers prior to Craftsmen. One requirement that we had was to fit back in the shutters from the previous property owner and add new side panels to either side of the widened French doors. None of the other providers were able to do it, presumably because it was too much hassle and they would rather we purchase new ones from them. We were in luck when Toby came around and done the measurements and told us that it was doable! Not only were they the only ones who were willing to do it, they also quoted a competitive price and had shorter lead times. We are very happy with the whole process from measurement, quotation, to final fitting. Toby is very professional and his craftsmanship is top notch. Sam kept us informed about the shipping schedule and organised the fitting seamlessly. They are absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My daughter had her wood shutters done by Toby and Sam a few years ago. I remember they provided very good service so I contacted them for my own. Excellent service from Toby and Sam again with very attractive price. Will definitely recommend my friends to contact them for wood shutters service.

Very pleased with toby and Sam,excellent work and very tidy could not have asked for more Keith from ham in richmond

Excellent quality shutters, delivered and installed with great care and attention. I cannot recommend Craftsmen Shutters more highly. I will definitely use their services again. Thank you Toby and Sam.

We were quite please with the installation of Patio doors. The work was done to highest standard and they are very professional. They reason for four stars is mainly because of the length of time waiting for the shutters to arrive from abroad once order was placed. however there was no delay to the estimated time of arrival and work started promptly. We will use this company again.

Craftsmen shutters did a fabulous job on our shutters across the front of the house. The entire process was seamless and timelines as advised. The installation and finish is outstanding, real attention to detail all with the peace of mind of a 5 year warranty. Thank you Toby and Sam!
