I recently used NP Works for some essential plumbing at my new flat in Elephant & Castle, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.

Nilesh and Shaun arrived promptly and quickly identified and resolved a leak in my flat. In addition to fixing the issue, they also replaced a tap and a bath fitting, leaving my bathroom in excellent condition.

What really stood out was Nilesh’s professionalism and transparency. He took the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, ensuring I fully understood the work carried out. He also offered helpful maintenance tips, which I found incredibly valuable. Despite my many questions, he remained patient and thorough throughout.

It’s rare to find tradespeople who combine technical skill with such great customer service. I would highly recommend NP Works to anyone and will definitely be using them again for future projects around my flat.

NP Works were really helpful when I had issues with the installation of a new washing machine. I live near elephant and castle, and they were super attentive and helpful, responded to my query straight away and went out of their way to help me resolve it. I definitely recommend using them!

Neil and his team are amazing. They weren’t able to fix the problem the first time but came up with a temporary solution to allow me to have hot water before coming back to fix the boiler permanently due to needing certain parts. Very communicative about the issues l, no hidden costs and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience today with the plumbers from NP Works. They came to replace two taps (one kitchen and one bathroom) and did a very professional, fast and thorough job. They involved me in all the steps and gave me some tips and tricks to following for the maintenance of my new taps.

They also provided a really thorough estimate for some plumbing changes I am considering, and offered me different alternatives and ways of doing the work so that I could make the right choice. I feel empowered and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic service from plumbing firm NP Works. They arrived in around half an hour and cleared the blockage beneath the kitchen sink efficiently and with minimum of fuss to the tenant at a property I let in East Dulwich, highly recommended 😀😀😀 also price reasonable for immediate call out and as they quoted on the phone when I booked them

Excellent company. I am delighted with the service provided. We needed a vanity unit installed at short notice. Nil responded quickly to my initial enquiry and completed the job quickly and professionally, taking time to explain the options.

Nil and team conducted some neat, tidy and timely work for us plumbing in a washing machine in a cupboard that had no water supply or drainage, but backed on to a cupboard that did. Nil took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and completed the work to a great standard. Best of all, when I contacted him later with another potential job he advised me exactly which part I could buy to take care of it myself. Amazing experience. Will use Nil for any future work.

We recently had a new boiler fitted by Nilesh at NP Works LTD and couldn’t be happier with the service. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption.
