𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
All Circular subscriptions are rental-based agreements, not ownership plans. This is clearly stated in the Terms of Use, FAQs, and checkout pages. Ownership does not automatically transfer at the end of your subscription or leasing term. Instead, customers have the option to purchase the device at a final amount - known as the Purchase Option - which is based on the device’s market value at that time.
This structure allows us to offer affordable monthly pricing, flexibility, and access to premium devices with no long-term lock-in - a model that many customers appreciate for its sustainability and cost transparency.

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗢𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲
We acknowledge that you had paid $2,760 across 24 months, but the device remained Circular’s property. When a device is resold before ownership is legally transferred, this unfortunately constitutes a breach of contract, as the item being sold does not belong to the subscriber. We do not take such breaches lightly, and the terms you were quoted reflect the cost to regularize ownership post-violation.
For transparency, we confirm that you have 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 $𝟯𝟭𝟯𝟴.𝟱𝟮 at time of this response. And that the Non-Return Fee is formulated as such (RRP - 50% of Paid).

Just to clarify: when you placed the order, the estimated delivery window shown at checkout was 3–6 calendar days; placing the latest expected delivery date at Tuesday, 16 September. Your device was delivered on Monday, 15 September, which falls within the promised timeframe.
