Dear CompAsia Support Team,
I am writing to follow up yet again on order #CAM83607.
It is now April 22, 2026, and nearly the end of working hours, yet I still have not received a tracking number. My order was confirmed on April 11, 2026, and based on your advertising, delivery should only take 5-7 days.
Despite your previous assurances that the order would be shipped by today, there has been no update. I am also disappointed to see identical, scripted responses to customer reviews, which suggests a lack of genuine, reliable customer service.
I have already posted multiple reviews regarding this delay and am prepared to share screenshots of our exact communication to warn other customers of this experience if this is not resolved immediately.
I expect the tracking information for my replacement device today.

my first order was an ipad, it was up to my liking with the service. However on my second purchase for and apple watch, it was so slow and i ended up cancelling it. So far product are good. I suggest to polish more on efficiency and customer service in future. Thanks

CompAsia has been an absolute nightmare of delays and disorganized support. I placed order #CAM83195 for an Apple Watch on April 4, 2026. I was promised a 3–5 working day processing window, yet as of April 17, the status is still "Unfulfilled."
The highlights of this terrible experience:
• Total Lack of Coordination: Their WhatsApp support told me my order was canceled and a refund was being processed, while their email support simultaneously told me they were still "awaiting feedback" from their team. It’s clear their departments don’t talk to each other.
• Constant Excuses: Every time I ask for an update, I get the same generic "high volume of orders/enquiries" automated response. If you can't handle the volume, don't take the orders.
• The "Holding Money" Game: They are quick to take your money, but when they fail to ship the item, they claim a refund takes 7 to 14 business days to process. It shouldn't take weeks to return money for an item that never even left the warehouse.
This was my first and definitely my last time buying from them. If you value your time and your money, go elsewhere.

My experience with CompAsia has been decent overall. Refurbished product quality is exactly as advertised, though delivery took slightly longer than expected, which is understandable and not entirely within their control. That said, the team made a strong effort to keep me consistently updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
For fellow Malaysians, refurbished devices are a great option when you choose the right platform. If you’re budget-conscious, this is definitely worth considering. This is my second purchase with CompAsia, and it’s been a positive experience overall.

Superb experience getting a iPhone 14 from CompAsia SG! I received the device on the 3rd day upon placing order. The physical outlook & condition of the phone were within my expectations and as promised, the battery health is 100%!
Here’s a tip: you can get more discounts purchasing devices from CompAsia via Atome or Grabpaylater. You pay in 3 or 4 instalments with absolutely no additional charge at all. CompAsia + Paylater = Recommended!!
