Never expect to received it earlier than the scheduled time and date. Also !, there’s no fuss and confusion but instead clear and precise from the process of applying for subscription, to choosing your phone’s brand they carry and receiving it right at the doorstep.

Got an iPhone in November 2024
Got an iPhone in November 2024. In February 2025, screen of device went all green - less than 3 months after getting the device. No warranty, NOTHING.
Was asked to get a quotation for repairs - I got on that quoted $180-$240 if only repairs needed but may jump to $350 for a screen replacement.
I have to pay the repairs UPFRONT myself and after that, they MAY credit in cost of repairs into my account and my monthly payment can be deducted from the credit.
The word is MAY…???!!!
April comes, I decided to try and send the device to an Apple repair centre. I managed to get an exception for a free screen replacement (only for that particular model).
When I wrote in to them for a credit for the months I wasn’t able to use the device, all I got was a stupid, template answer.
So…NO…I won’t be continuing with them once my contract ends!!!
I have found another company that is more upfront and has better service!!!

Every Circular subscription includes Damage Cover, which provides up to 90% reimbursement on accidental or liquid damage once repairs are completed. This works similarly to a health insurance model — customers repair first (to ensure the fastest resolution), and submit the necessary documents for reimbursement. The remaining 10% acts as a standard deductible.
When you first reached out, we shared the steps on how to begin a repair claim. We also understand you later chose to proceed with a visit to QCD (Authorised Apple Repair Partner), where we're glad to hear the repair was done at no cost to you — that typically points to a manufacturer-related issue.
As for your request regarding credits during the time the device was not in use, we understand where you're coming from. While our policy doesn’t cover subscription credits for downtime, especially when repair options were available early on, we’re always working to improve how clearly and empathetically we communicate this.

We’re sorry to hear about your delivery experience and understand your frustration. However, we’d like to clarify what happened:
- Your original delivery was scheduled for 7th April, but was rescheduled at your request. A re-attempt was then arranged for 11th April.
- On that date, due to earlier route delays, the delivery reached your address at 10:05 PM. Out of courtesy for residents at that hour, our delivery agent chose not to knock on the door, and instead made a phone call to you directly. As there was no response, the agent left.
We’d also like to note that our delivery partner was subjected to abusive language via text following this. While we understand delays can be frustrating, we kindly ask for respectful communication — our team and partners are here to help and do their best, even during late hours.
We’d be happy to reschedule another delivery at your convenience. Please reach out to us at help_sg@nowcircular.com if you’d like to proceed.

I’m very disappointed with my…
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Circular SG. My phone was damaged due to water, and instead of them handling the repair or covering most of the cost as advertised (they claimed 90% coverage), I was told I had to pay the full amount upfront. This felt very unfair and misleading.
What’s worse is that the whole process was inconvenient and unclear. If they claim to provide 90% coverage, why am I the one bearing 100% of the cost initially?
In comparison, Singtel’s phone insurance is much better—they offer a straightforward 1-to-1 exchange, which is far more reliable and hassle-free. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Circular to anyone based on my experience.

All Circular subscriptions include Damage Cover at no extra cost, which offers 90% reimbursement for accidental and liquid damage (e.g. screen cracks, water damage, heavy wear and tear). Like health insurance, this is a reimbursement-based model — the customer pays for the repair upfront, and once the repair is completed at an authorised service centre, 90% of the cost is credited back to your Circular account to offset future bills.
To ensure device quality and proper documentation, we’re only able to process claims for repairs done at authorised service centres. Non-authorised repairs and cases of loss, theft, or deliberate damage aren’t eligible for coverage.
