I decided to take a risk after reading the reviews, as I really liked the Stevie Nicks t-shirt with the floaty sleeves. The delivery was a couple of weeks. It did say 8 to 14 days. This was coming from China. The material wasn't quite as it looked in the pictures. The sleeves aren't velvet and the t-shirt part isn't cotton. But I like it. I can't complain. It looks great on with a pair of jeans and its unique.

Ordered a product in August, received a damaged product made in China in September. They will not return for refund. TOTAL SCAMMERS

Ordered and payed for a product on July 9, 2025. Got a confirmation mail on that day. As of today August 27th, I have not received anything nor do they react to my numerous emails.

If I could do a no are review I would. Ordered part the wrong part arrived to be told I ordered wrong which I am convinced I didn’t. I sent the requested emails with photos of the part to be told, “You lying trying to cover the part number in the photo”. Luckily the call was all covered on my CCTV system as my call was on loud speaker. Avoid

I wish i had read the reviews from this site before i wasted money on a Novo silk/cashmere grey turtleneck body suit for the most ridiculous price even after heavily discounted. I can't return to the retailer cos it was a final sale but lesson learned! Not the quality I expected or paid for! How do they get away with these prices?! It was much thinner than in the photos. There was piling, pulled thread and I just know its not going to wash well. I'm wondering if it's even 85% silk & 15% cashmere as claimed?

I can't think of words to describe them! I ordered a dress in August, which arrived in December. It looked nothing like the one in the picture and was about size 20, even though it says Medium.
I have sent emails to the company and they were trying to fob me off by offering me 40% refund. Not being happy with not getting a full refund, I continued to appeal and eventually they agreed to refund me on receipt of dress. Postage was £19 so I've lost that money and three weeks after posting the dress back to them, I still haven't had a refund. Their returns address is in China!
Anyway, they have ignored several emails from me requesting that they let me know if they have received the dress. No-one has replied.
I'm at my wits end and have asked my bank to refund me and sort it out. I would urge others to do the same. Don't let this company win in not fighting to get your money back. They are preying on people like us and hoping we won't bother.

This company operates under several similar names. I bought shoes and a shirt for £65 from Nuova London - the quality was appalling. I was told to send them back to a really obscure address in China by tracked mail and after 3 months the package has just been returned to me. I am now out of pocket £80
I can't recommend this company.
By providing a phone number that works as it took 17 emails to sort out an order that did not arrive way outside the delivery time frame the phone number listed could not be reached and the emails arrived very spasmodic.
I can't recommend this firm to any of my friends.

I ordered a top which did not arrive for two months. I reached out to them via email but all of the communications I sent were “undeliverable”. There was no way for me to reach out to the customer service team to sort this out.
The company is not reliable so I would not recommend.

I ordered a handbag from nouvo LONDON about 3 weeks ago. Hasn't yet arrived. Got an email from BERLIN ...(email before was from netherlands) to say they'd give me a 50% discount on my NEXT purchase. As if I'd ever buy from them again. My money in effect has been stolen as this is a scam

This site is a scam. Don’t buy from it. I bought 2 jackets and returned them. I had to pay over £30. To return them. I paid to have it tracked. The tracking shows the items have been delivered but they refused to give me a refund claiming they didn’t receive the items yet.

I guess the items look really good when enhanced in photoshop, description of items is far from the truth. There is no way these sandals are leather and the dress is made from a cheap material. This is all products manufactured in China. Not a fan of goods from China. I think that I will donate to charity. Not even going to attempt applying for a refund it would probably cost more in time and money.

Bought two blouses which were too big. Returned in May. Website return address was to NOVO Shoes. NOVO Shoes forwarded to Novo London. I’ve tried to get a refund . Every email address bounces back None of the above work. Each message says there’s a problem with the recipients address or not found. There’s no telephone number. The one on Facebook is incorrect. Nobody gets back to me, obviously if email isn’t working. I’ve used the uk email addresses before and had an automated response. No reply within 48 hours as this clearly states. Consignment 15976808100538. Order NOVO 2886 & 2885. Delivered 9th May at 12.31 . Signed by Baz. I’d appreciate a response as soon as possible. Customer service does not exist.

poor quality ,not the brand quoted, no labels but if you want to return they want labels !!! so you cant return it would cost more .they offered me a percentage off to keep it I took it because I knew I wasnt going to get anything else ! If it was in this country it would be illegal . If I could give minus stars I would .
