Order was posted late , website and instagram stated pre orders would go out on the 14th but was sent late on the 16th so would of started its process on the 17th the order didn’t arrive on time 19th/20th as expected so the receiver never got there xmas present 👎🏻it arrived on the 23rd to late to deliver as the recipient doesn’t live local, sent several messages on different platforms,
Customer care info was both limited, rude and childish, they do not like constructive criticism and completely dismissed the fact they failed to send on time nor apologise for the fact that the person it was meant for wouldn’t get it for xmas, i was told basically dont complain it will arrive and do not shop with us again, absolutely speechless at the terrible customer care and excuses, there was no goodwill gesture or part refund, i have never experience such a poor service and have also not had any problems with parcels from royal mail this Christmas, im all for supporting small businesses but will never shop here again on principle and i would not recommend

I placed an order on the 1st December, it is now the 19th and I still am not in receipt of the order. I have attempted to contact via email and Instagram and am just being ignored. I had one response saying they would chase up the order on their side so I waited another week chased again, no response, waited a few more days emailed again no response, messaged on instagram no response. The order is a Christmas present hence why I ordered with plenty of time, I know the company aren’t solely responsible for the delivery, however it’s quite clear I’m not getting this order and am almost £60 out of pocket

I’ve bought from happy hearts since 2022 and I absolutely love them. The quality of the items is always amazing and gets better each time! Plus delivery is super quick and really friendly customer service!

One if my favourite brands I have ordered so many times for my daughter and grand children and also get myself a teddy fleece jacket every year they are the softest most comfortable jackets ever. I have both the sand and brown from this year and wear them most days.

I have ordered from Happy Hearts multiple times since the beginning and I am never disappointed. The clothes are amazing quality, they last and are super comfortable. I love being able to match with my boys in their stylish pieces, but also loved purchasing before I was a mum as well. Every year I look forward to the fleeces in particular!

I always try to support small businesses whenever I can! Happy Hearts came up as an advert on instagram to match with my mini! I have two small girls so I was instantly sold! The customer service you get from a small business is second to none and Happy Hearts are no exception! Nothing was too much trouble I asked so many questions before ordering and they couldn’t be more helpful! My order arrived super quick even though I didn’t pay for express shipping and when it arrived the quality blew me away! I’m still wearing my first purchase almost 3 years later and it’s still like it was when I first got it! My experience with this amazing small business is why I keep on coming back time and time again and my family and friends now share the love I have for this amazing brand! Getting ordering today you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered 2 fleeces for myself and the matching mini versions for my daughter. We wear them all the time. The most gorgeous quality, on trend pieces with fast delivery and excellent customer service. Lovely little independent business. Would 100% recommend.

I have been a happy hearter since day one! I have bought most items to suit me and my little boy and all I can say is if you don’t own an item from this company you need to! The fabric is top quality and the designs are so modern and timeless! My little boy might grown out of his has he grows up but mine have lasted years at this point and I will continue to wear.

They always reply to messages and customer service is always 10/10! If I could give this company more than 5 stars I absolutely would

I ordered two items and returned one due to it not fitting, labels attached and unworn, however advised they would not return. They advised, they would offer to return the item back to me, however its been weeks still not received the item back or had the item returned. Be careful when returning items

My partner gifted me a set of matching T-shirts for me and the kids for Mother's Day and I can honestly say I am so impressed. Not only is the quality brilliant, the extra detail of gifting a Mother's Day card and a little goodie bag, really blew me away. Amazing customer service and products.

Excellent customer service. Whilst waiting for my order to dispatch I noticed that the size I originally wanted had come back in to stock so I emailed to see if it was possible to change the size on my order. I got a reply within the hour saying it had all been sorted and the sizes had been changed for me.

I ordered a mystery bag and I received two tops that I had already purchased prior, I let Clare know and she sent out two new tops however they had seemed to be lost in the post, as soon as Clare know this, she immediately sent two new tops out with recorded delivery for the next day, Clare has been super helpful and responded so quickly even though I know they are super busy! Will continue to purchase from Happy Hearts as the clothes are brilliant quality and the staff are so lovely and accommodating!

First time ordering from HappyHeartsTheLabel and I am nothing but impressed. Super fast dispatch & delivery of my order. Unfortunately one of my items did not fit, however when contacting Clare at customer service this was rectified immediately with an exchange for a smaller size. Really efficient communication, friendly, and great quality clothing. Will definitely be ordering again, and will be recommending☺️
