Outstanding from start to finish!! I have now ordered a few times from them and the quality of the products has always been excellent but sadly my two new hoodies arrived this morning and one of which had a couple of small marks on. I contacted their customer services help email and within a couple of hours Clare had posted out a new one on 24hr tracked postage.

Clare has been a total dream to deal with and I can honestly say I will continue to buy from this brand and the customer service I have received has been exemplary!

Absolutely obsessed with the fleece jumpers! The quality is unreal. I received my order and immediately went on to buy more 😍 sizing is perfect and delivery was super quick. New favourites!!

Highly recommend this business. As a first time customer it can be daunting as you never know what the quality will be and if your items will arrive on time. Not only have Happyheartsthelabel have been great in responding to queries the quality of the materials used are exceptional.
I ordered a number of items including items that were on preorder and was unsure when they would arrive as I’m going on holiday and wanted to bring them with me. Clare responded swiftly to my email and it was looking like the items would be in stock the day before I would leave so it was unlikely I would get them in time. Clare assured me she would put a note on my order that it was high priority so when the items became available they would be sent quickly.
The items arrived a week before my holiday! And I am so happy with them! If you are considering buying from this company do not hesitate as the clothing is premium with customer service to match! Just like me and my mini me will be. Thanks again Clare x

Couldn’t recommend more! I have two colours in the fleeces for me and my son, they are so comfy, stylish and easy to wear. I also have the matching cream soulmates tracksuits for us both which are stunning and amazing quality! I was so gutted when my little boy had a 💩 explosion the first time he wore his but with a good wash it came out as soft and luxurious as it was before!
These pieces are so precious and special, I can’t wait to see what more items they come out with for the warmer months.

My husband ordered me and my daughter the olive soulmates hoodies for my birthday. I have a few of the teddy fleeces in different colours and styles so knew the quality of the products from Happy Hearts but the hoodies are just unreal. So soft and cozy and such a gorgeous colour!

My order was meant to be dispatched on the 18th of November as it was a pre-order but I’m assuming stock came early, so I received the order way earlier than expected! Perfect before Christmas! I was VERY surprised about the quality of the products I received just due to how cheap they are! The quality is way better than most of my more expensive clothes by a mile! More than happy and my partner and baby will be on Christmas Day! Will be back for sure😁

Not only is the quality of products unmatched, but the customer service & care is above and beyond. I purchase the new Grey Soulmates sets for myself & daughter and had exchanged in a few messages with Claire regarding sizing for my daughter. I needed a smaller size for my own item and again nothing was too much trouble. I had a smaller size sent out and now me and my daughter match in our gorgeous Happy Hearts The Label tracksuits! I feel like a luxury housewife whilst being comfy & a slob 😂 it’s a win win for me.

Re sent my order and it arrived the very next day as she promised!
Also added a free jumper for my little girl because of the delay in everything. Would highly recommend this product, the finish and quality of the product are amazing

Déjà le prix des ensembles n'ai pas donné mais au vu de la qualité je me suis laissé tenter...
Résultat on a voulu me livrer mon colis hier et on me réclame 36€ de frais de port !!!!!! j'ai déjà payé 12€ lors du passage de ma commande et je ne vais certainement pas payer 50€ !!!
De plus apparemment pour les remboursements vous pouvez vous accrocher ... Si je dois payer 36e de plus pour UNIQUEMENT recevoir ma commande DEJA PAYEE AVEC FRAIS DE PORTS, je ne manquerais pas d'aller systématiquement prévenir les éventuels acheteur sur chaque post Insta si malheureusement on ne peut avoir gain de cause qu'en remuant ciel et terre

The fleeces are pure heaven. So soft and cosy and perfect for the colder weather. Need every colour.

Happy hearts are absolutely incredible! Their clothes are 100% quality......I ordered a fleece last week from them and it's just so beautiful I've had to order another one today in another colour! I've had so many people ask me where it's from just from wearing it the past 2 days. It's soft, warm, cosy and pure luxury! It came within 3 days of ordering too. Would 100% recommend this company:)
