My bus was scheduled to pick me up at the airport but it never showed up! My friends and I decided to get an Uber instead. When I tried to get a refund on my bus ticket the next day, they wouldn't give it to me because "it showed up eventually". I don't want to be picked up two hours late! Especially after a long flight!

I have been a Northfield Lines customer for many years, using them for both personal and professional events on a wide variety of occasions. I have never been disappointed. Everyone and everything connected with the company, from Pam in Sales to the various drivers we have had, especially Gary who has driven for our annual holiday party the past few years, are truly outstanding and do whatever is needed to make certain that everything goes well and on-time. The equipment, whether a smaller vehicle or a full-size coach, are always spotlessly clean and in top condition. Their prices are very competitive as well, but I wouldn't even consider trying to save a few bucks by going somewhere else; it just wouldn't be worth it.

The reservation process was easy. The night of the driver name I was given changed without notice to the coordinator of the group. Driver was told pick up at 8:30, wasn't there at 8:30 called the number given by the reservation process and it was a different driver. The old driver got a hold of the new driver and they showed u at 8:45pm. Made for a longer night than it needed to be.

Staff was easy to work with. Very professional. Chartered a coach bus for our daughters wedding to transport guests to and from our venue. Driver was prompt and professional. Stuck to our predetermined schedule. Would highly recommend.

Jim was our driver. He was polite, helpful, drove nicely and safely. He was even willing to wait a few extra minutes at the end of the night so we could get everyone through Mall of America which was huge and some of us got lost.

If we're back in Minnesota again, we will definitely reach out to you for transportation. The bus was clean and comfortable and everyone was happy.

We have used Northfield Lines for many marching band trips and have been pleased each time. Drivers are very friendly, admin and booking is easy, buses are clean and comfortable. I plan to use them again on future trips!
