We hired two buses for the park and ride service at the Westside Rally Against Gun Violence. The buses were sparkling clean, the drivers were on time, friendly and professional. At the end of the event, one driver stayed longer to make sure all of the participants got back to their cars. When she got to the park and ride and noticed there was still one car left. She called me to let me know. She would have come back for the last person if they were still there. That is customer service.

We used Northfield Lines for our corporate event in the Twin Cities and were very impressed! They were on top of all the details, accommodated last minute changes without hesitation, and made every part of working with them enjoyable! Their staff was friendly and were a great addition to an already wonderful event!

As always, Northfield Lines exceeded my expectations. The transportation was extremely clean, very prompt, and accommodating. The driver was very nice, funny, polite, and ensured we had a pleasant trip. They even returned to one of our sites so someone could retrieve a forgotten item from the bus. I highly recommend this company.

What a great company! After a previous bus reservation fell through, Northfield Lines came through with only solutions! On top of it all, we were even upgraded to charter buses last minute, which was the loveliest surprise. Joni was a great help and even worked with some last minute scheduling needs. I used the company's shuttle bus's to shuttle guests at my wedding to and from the venue and hotel. The driver was wonderful and friendly, I heard nothing but great things from all my guests. The driver was on time and professional. Dealing with the customer help was hassle free as well, whenever I needed to make adjustments to my reservation they made it very easy! Would definitely recommend!
