My experence with Northfield was really good. I called to reserve a bus and they are very friendly and nice to talk too. They are willing to work around on my liking. The day of my travel the bus driver was on time and very helpful with all our baggage. The bus driver was really friendly and helpful. We mad it on time to our designation on time and safe. Thank you so much for your coperation and for getting us safe back from our trip even on a snowing day.

Five stars! We ended up traveling on a snowy day, busdriver was awesome, bus was comfortable! It was a Godsend that we ended up with Northfield lines. Only wish it that the cost wasn't so expensive!

Dave, our driver, was wonderful--hard-working, helpful, kind, personable--really a treat and bonus to have as our driver.

The bus was quite comfortable, but there were a few operating glitches (electronics, I think): 1. the Wi-Fi connection mostly did not work. 2. the speedometer stopped working, 3. one day we had to wait 15-20 minutes while rebooting the electronics to get the bus started, 4. the last day the automatic lift for the bus from kneeling position did not operate).

Some bugs still to get worked out in this bus and its computer connections. We will be back with Northfield Lines, though, as I'm confident you'll figure it out.

The bus drivers were very respectful and helpful throughout the trip. They were especially helpful with a student who has disabilities and needed a wheelchair. They made sure that he was comfortable throughout the bus ride.

We used Northfield Lines for our Coca-Cola Final Four Program in Minneapolis. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The drivers are knowledgeable and professional. Very friendly and customer oriented.
The buses are new, well maintained and very high quality.
The office staff has been most helpful and accommodating, a delight to deal with.
I would absolutely recommend this Company and i wish i could take their drivers all over the world with me. I finally found the perfect Bus Drivers!

Craig does a great job getting us to the right place and checks travel times ahead of time as well. He is a first class driver.

We have used Northfield Lines for over 10 years for our senior citizen social events from church. They have always been very professional, courteous and flexible to our changing needs. Their sales staff, namely Anna, has been very helpful in helping us charter buses for our monthly events. Their drivers have not only been helpful to meeting our senior citizen needs, but some of them have also given us ideas for future events.

We have always had good experiences with Northfield Lines. We have used them for a number of years to transport our employees from our office location to a Twin Cities area restaurant for our company dinner. From initial booking to the final drop-off, their people have been professional and courteous. They have worked to accommodate our needed schedule with no complaint. When an issue arose, they were able to work with us for a great solution. I would recommend Northfield Lines to anyone who needs bus service whether it is a short or a long trip.

Anna the organizer was terrific. Got it all planned out for me and gave many choices for our special day.
I had told them we would not need the driver to pick up at our second destination before the wedding, and I was wrong we had people waiting for a ride over to the wedding. Jim the driver was able to get over there and rescue the ones waiting, which was awesome. We were able to postpone the wedding till they arrived.

I know our end time was midnight, but we still had people needing a ride back to the hotels. Jim I could tell was not happy returning back to the golf course to pick up myself, bride, groom and others.
Felt very uncomfortable dealing with the situation I was in, but knew the ones remaining needed transportation. Tipped Jim generously and thanked him. I know the deadline had hit but what do you do if the service was still needed?

Prompt and professional throughout the booking/confirmation process and service delivery. No worries using this company!

We had the best company outing, through a snow storm! The bus was clean and modern and really, really nice and the driver was professional, calm, and got us through the storm with calm and competence. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we would use Northfield Lines again, no question!
