What a team of true professionals!
What a team of true professionals! Two separate trips were arranged for guests of my daughter’s wedding in less than three weeks,,,with the last one ordered and staffed with a mere five days to go. All of this was done long distance with me in TN and the wedding in MN. Hats off to Joni - our customer service consultant - who pulled everything together. Her « can do » and calm demeanor was infectious. Our drivers - Terri and Craig K. were professional and kind. The vehicles were beautifully kept, and the rides incredibly smooth. And Margaret in Accounting provided us with great service -handling our short term invoices with speed - there were no hidden costs or surprises. I would definitely recommend Northfield Lines to others! Great job all!

Very responsive. I always got an email or phone call right away with every question we had. Driver was on time and answered his phone right away when we had to get an ETA for pickup. I would recommend using Northfield again for transportation needs. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - We used Northfield lines as our wedding shuttle…
We used Northfield lines as our shuttle service for our wedding. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. At the last minute we reached out to our driver to see if we could add two hours to our time to take us from our venue to the spot where we were taking photographs and he was so accommodating. The quote was lower than most others I received and the team members were all so friendly and understanding. I will be recommending them to any other couples I know who are planning a wedding or other event that requires transportation!

I Love Northfield Lines
I Love Northfield Lines! I have used them every year for my high school music tours. We cover many states and they are first class all the way! Whether I'm talking to someone in the office for a quote, booking a reservation or interacting with the drivers they always are awesome. In the last 18 years I don't even bother contacting another company, I already know I'm with the safest, cleanest, newest and best! Thanks Northfield Lines. Minneapolis Music Educator

Northfield Lines is my favorite…
Northfield Lines is my favorite motorcoach company. I have worked with them for over 10 years and have never had an issue with the service level provided to me. The accuracy of the quotes that are provided, the timeliness of their drivers to the assigned venues and the knowledge of the drivers to know where they need to go prior to getting onsite is awesome. I would highly recommend Northfield Lines to ensure your transportation needs go flawlessly!
