As the manager of a community centre I replied to an email from Northern Utility Solutions, which offered to help with our utilities renewal - I was not expecting such a positive experience....

James and Matt were incredibly helpful and very informative about the current markets. The Board of Trustees of our association were impressed by the savings we would make; and it is good to know James is to be our dedicated account manager to oversee the contract with our new energy provider.

James B has been super helpful. He's done all the leg work for me and made us some really substantial savings. Answered a few of my questions with no bother and it was all done quickly with no hanging about on hold or taking forever going over the same things. 10/10 James should get a pay rise =)
