Northern Utility Solutions Anmeldelser

Troy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He clearly explained all the stages involved and made everything easy to understand. He really took the hassle out of switching suppliers, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

James was so helpful and super quick in dealing with our requests. Great service and super efficient.

Had great and clearly explained help from Troy who got us a good deal for gas and electric. Would highly recommend.

Northern Utility Solutions provided decent service, especially Adam, who was patient and knowledgeable. While helpful, it lacked a certain wow factor.

James from Northern Utility Solutions has been assisting us with our gas & electricity contracts since 2022. He is easy to deal with and finds us the best rates. Makes the whole process simple and quick. Would highly recommend

James at Northern Utility Solutions was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the start, advising us on the best deals for two of our businesses and ensuring that we stop paying over the odds for our electricity, as we had been doing thanks to the incompetencies of the utility companies. We are very grateful to James for reaching out to us and for all his help. Emails were always answered in super quick time and no question was left unanswered. Top class service and we would highly recommend James and Northern Utility Solutions.

Troy assisted with handling a difficult situation, over several months, regarding a complicated transition of a small business premises to a new account, meter and contract. Handled it with great patience and persistence (that another agent did not want to deal with!) and that with an energy supplier that is not the easiest company to deal with! NUS is clearly a customer focussed company, with good communication and has earned the commission that it will receive as an energy deal agent. Look forward to working with this local company over the next three years and hopefully beyond.

I recently worked with Northern Utility Solutions, and I was extremely pleased with their service. They made the process of reviewing and optimising our utility costs straightforward and hassle-free. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer any questions.

Thanks to their expertise, we managed to secure better rates and make significant savings on our energy and water bills. They also provided helpful insights into improving efficiency, which will benefit our business in the long run.

I highly recommend Northern Utility Solutions to any business looking to reduce their utility costs with a reliable and transparent partner. Excellent service from start to finish!

OVER THE PAST 2-3 YEARS I HAVE DEALT WITH TROY HANDSLIDES AT NORTHERN UTILITY SOLUTIONS WHO HAS BEEN AMAZING, SINCE MY HUSBAND DIED 6 YEARS AGO I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH SUPPLIERS AND IN THIS FIELD TROY HAS SAVED ME A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY AND CONTINUES TO DO SO.

OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER TROY HANDISLIDES IS VERY PROACTIVE REGARDING OUR ENGERY ACCOUNTS, OFFERS GOOD ADVICE AND SOLUTIONS.

We are hardly the largest account on the books, but even so, James still took a great deal of time to ensure we were recieving the best rates for water, sewerage, gas and electricity. Many thanks for all your help!

Adam Turner dealt with everything efficiently and professionally, giving us a good range of comparative utility prices. Very patient in dealing with our requirements and would highly recommend this service.

James was patient and didn't push me when I had lots of other things needing my full attention and we not only got there in the end he managed to get a good reduction as we weren't down as a charity and therefore not receiving charity rates. Very impressed indeed. It was all done quickly and on line.

Service from James was excellent. Honest and not pushy. Enjoy working with them.

James was incredibly prompt in responding to queries and swiftly took our quote to the new contract.

I was bombarded with phone calls and emails from companies wanting to quote for gas and found it confusing looking through all the quotes to compare prices. Adam Turner was very helpful, not at all pushy and it gave me peace of mind to know that he will be there to assist with any queries throughout the length of the contract.

Professional and not pushy .
Quick efficient service, good to help support a local business

Lauren is More than helpful, made things so easy

James has been more than helpful in renewing our Electric Supply. He went out of his way to support us getting a refund when being overcharged on our current supplier.
Many thanks James

Adam was amazing!
Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable, he has taken away all the tedious work that I really don't like doing, and to top it all he has managed to get us a great deal, saving us lots of money. Thank you Adam.
