Dreadful. V poor quality item dispatched from China (not Netherlands!). As others, took weeks to arrive, did not match images, in dispute to have return postage paid. Offered 25% refund to keep item which is basically useless. Do not purchase from this fraudulent business.

Low quality and broken. AI customer service that doesn't address issues. Keeps asking the same questions. Do not buy from this company.

Same experience as many. Plenty replies about replacing product, but no evidence they were ever going to actually act on any reply, eventually you realise you’re in an endless loop. And all messages from ‘Helena’. Avoid.

Such a bad dealers , fraudsters and fake company.No company records on company house UK.Contact number given on their website doesn't exists.I wonder how they exists on the websites without any records.please be aware about it and don't order anything from them.Your money will surely go in drain which can never be obtained back.Seriously,not even deserving one star rating.

Oh dear, oh dear! Slow delivery, poor quality, faulty, not as pictured or described, very loathe to refund and offered a 20% refund only in recompense; eventually upped this to 40% but as yet have not fulfilled this.
Proceed with utter caution if considering ordering from this non uk firm. They list their offices as being in Netherlands but the shoddy goods come from China (slowly)! Disappointing to say the least.

The company appeared to be based in Netherlands and shipping locally (it was a UK website), however after placing the order it turned out to be shipped from China, with a significantly delayed delivery from what was advertised (the item was needed for an upcoming event, it only dispatched after a week) and difficult returns process. There was no reply to my email seeking clarification and about expected arrival time.

Not worth one star, DO NOT order from this company. The quality of the bag I paid £39.99 for is only worth £5 if that. Absolute rubbish. I do not normally write reviews but I am writing this to warn people to NOT use this company. TERRIBLE. It also took two weeks to arrive and this company is not in the Netherlands.

Terrible experience, wrong product sent, poor quality and refusal to refund. Customer service appeared to be automated, and ended up having to reclaim through credit card. Avoid avoid avoid.

Please, please do not order from this company as you'll be throwing away good money.
We sincerely wish we'd checked Trustpilots reviews for Nordspur first.
If we had then we wouldn't have wasted our money ordering up a pair of garden sails at £110.00 pounds. These were received late and were of such poor quality, so different from the photographs that they are only good for landfill!
Despite a really good website that shows the British flag and which intimates the products are from UK stock, not true as most of their items come from China and should you need to return any items, you have to pay the postage!
After 3 emails we still haven't had any acknowledgement from them.
We aren't expecting any sort of refund from these scammers.
We checked their Netherlands address in Google maps and it's actually a terraced house!

Bought a rucksack, which is terrible quality, the zips don't work and then branding on it just says 'Sport' - I don't think Nordspur even has its own branded products. I've fallen foul to a nice looking website and good AI. DOn't buy from this company.

Terrible company to deal with. They use automated AI to respond to issues. Don’t get any from this company! They call themselves nordspur UK but not based in UK. I purchased a sunshade. It took weeks to arrive with no delivery date ever given. It was terrible quality and not worth the £50 I spent on it. Fire risk plastic material compared to the lovely looking canvas as advertised. I told them I wanted a refund three days after purchase and ignored my request. Just kept telling me not to worry then eventually told me I had missed the cancellation window of 24 hours. When it arrived I told them I wanted a return and refund and they very threatening in their response. They told me it is returned at my expense and my risk and could cost up to £50 postage. They said if the product was not fit for resale they would refuse to pay me. Then they offered 25% discount if I kept it. I took that as felt they would find some way to cheat me out of a refund anyway. 1 week later after several emails I have my 25% back and the product has gone directly into the bin. They are a scam company so please avoid

This company makes trainers in china. Returns are to china at your own cost. Trainers are not comfortable and fabric is hard.

UPDATE: I did post my items back, it cost about £35 but worth it as they only offered me 30% if I kept it. I am still fighting for the postage to be refunded but have been refunded the cost of the items. 1 star as can't give no stars! Items not as described. The product is nothing like the images on the website. Made a mistake not checking trustpilot. I now need to send items back to China despite the returns address on the website stating Netherlands as the return address. The phone number on the website is not recognised. They offered me 30% refund and let me keep the terrible product or send it back at my expense. The quality is just so bad, poor stitching, cheap plastic binding on shade sail instead of webbing. Just rubbish! Returning on principle!

Do not order anything from this company. It’s probably a dropshipping company. The goods are of inferior quality to say the least. They charge premium prices and the goods advertised look to be of good quality, totally misleading. I’m sorry I didn’t look at the reviews on trustpilot before ordering. I ordered a pergola sun shade/ panel. On receiving the item I was shocked as it looked like it had been made from the same plastic as the orange carrot sacks that come in bulk. I immediately emailed them telling them that I was not happy with the item so I was withdrawing from the contract within the legal 14 day window. I also said I wanted a full refund and a prepaid label to return the item. They emailed back saying I had to send the item back at my own expense. The company claims to be in the Netherlands but infact they are in china. It costs a small fortune to send returned goods to china and they bank on the customer backing out of returning the goods because of the cost. If you do fall fowl of this company, you must email them immediately on receiving the substandard goods informing them that you withdraw from the contract within the legal 14 day window and also that because it was not clearly stated that returns had to be sent to china before purchase then you are legally entitled to a prepaid shipping label or an EEA based return address within 48 hours. You must then escalate the matter to your payment provider for a full refund. They will offer you discounts then bigger discounts and for to keep the goods. Refuse all of these. I did exactly as above and am receiving a full refund. The goods will be going straight in the bin. Don’t wait for “Helena” ( I doubt that is a real name) to respond. Keep emailing them reinforcing your refund request. Good luck!!

I would never order anything from this company again. I ordered a fitness skirt/skort which was absolutely nothing like the description. I asked to return it and initially received AI responses asking lots of questions. Eventually they agreed I could return but needed to pay extortionate costs (as clearly address in China) or gave me the option to keep the item with 25% discounted price. Tbh I decided to cut my losses and take the 25% discount and keep something i wouldn't wear. I felt returning would be costly and wouldn’t guarantee they would actually receive it and refund me.

Die Qualität der Tasche ist sehr schlecht und entspricht überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Die Lieferung hat fast 20 Tage gedauert.

Besonders enttäuschend ist die Rückgabe: Auf der deutschsprachigen Website mit der Domain „nordspur.de“ wird eine Geschäftsadresse in den Niederlanden angegeben. Für die Rücksendung soll die Tasche jedoch plötzlich nach China geschickt werden – auf eigene Kosten. Die Versandkosten sind fast so hoch wie der Preis der Tasche.

Statt einer fairen Lösung werden nur 40 % Erstattung angeboten, wenn man die Tasche behält.

Für mich ist das nicht transparent und absolut kundenunfreundlich. Ich kann NordSpur daher keinesfalls empfehlen.

I paid £255.90 for a tent which took nearly three weeks to arrive from China, despite much shorter delivery times being advertised. When it arrived, the quality was extremely poor, with defective stitching and a hole. I then found what appears to be the same product, using the same photographs, on Temu for a fraction of the price.
After numerous emails back and forth, I am still trying to get a full refund, and they expect me to pay the international return postage myself. The whole experience has been unnecessarily difficult, stressful and time-consuming. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Over two and a half months since they took my money!
No delivery, and won’t refund, despite numerous emails.

The quality of the Gazebo screen is poor and has little resemblance to that on the website. It’s cheap, thin polypropylene it won’t last and is worth less than a third of the price paid. The CATCH comes when you wish to return it ( unopened) as returns are to CHINA, not even Europe! Clearly Nordspur acts as if you are purchasing from the U.K or Norway.

Production took ages to arrive. Cheap materials, over priced for what it is. Complicated returns policy.
In my opinion, they are a scam company. Cheap products at high prices. Scam with a product.
Avoid.
