Do not buy from here. This an operated as a dropshipping/hostage return scam. The recent item I purchased was very poor quality and not fit for purpose but the cost of return to their overseas warehouse outweighs the cost of the item. Avoid.

Just very poor delivery

Ordered sunglasses weeks ago paid extra for so called delivery protection but nothing has been delivered like most people I thought this was an English company would not have touched them if I'd known it was a Chinese co coming from China scammed again after weeks of waiting so called glasses arrived absolute rubbish plastic plain lenses no good whatsoever probably cost 2pounds paid 28pounds absolute robbery

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. ThE website is very misleading. Despite the images shown on the site you are not getting goods from Norway or the UK, you will be receiving cheap items from China, that are not fit for purpose. Unfortunately, I went by the glowing reviews they have on their website and did not go to Trust Pilot first - A BIG MISTAKE. When you read the Trust Pilot reviews I believe the reviews on their website are written by themselves.
Also do not believe it is easy to return items as they have posted on their website. If you do not want to keep the rubbish they send you, you need to return it to China, at your own cost, and at your own risk.
When I contacted them they offered a 25% refund. I pointed out to them that I would still be paying 75% of a product that will go in the bin due to it not being fit for purpose. I never heard from them
I have now started a Paypal case to try and get a full refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Absolute con! Item nothing like jodhpurs advertised. Such poor quality. Wanted to return but had to pay for my return to china which was £28 and item only cost £31 but they offer a 30% discount and you keep the item. Would be too ashamed to even give item to charity, absolute disgrace!!!

Do not use at all, I ordered a knee support on the 24th September. By the 7th October I still hadn't recieved the item. I contacted them to ask for a refund. But I cant because apparently it may or may not have been dispatched. I have recieved 2 or 3 emails saying really sorry it hasn't been delivered bit we are so busy. HONESTLY 100% do not use. I have got PayPal involved now as there customer servoce is awful

I ordered an emergency radio from this company, immediately realised my error having spotted warning reviews of the company. I tried ringing the phone number given, but this was an incorrect one ( a UK number, but company not based in the UK) I sent an email.It took a number of days to get a response. Was told that the parcel had already been shipped, so cancellation not possible. A tracking number was provided, but parcel could not be found for weeks.When eventually found it was in China. The company said that I could refuse receipt of parcel and a full refund would be given. As I wasn’t informed until last minute re delivery time, I was not at home when delivered. Contacted company. They 25% discount. I Refused. I requested 50% discount which was accepted. I have now received this. I felt duped into ordering from a seemingly European company, and it not being made clear that the goods came from China. Sending the radio back at my own expense would have been a hassle I would not have wanted. Nordspur should make the origin of their goods clear in their adverts to avoid time waste.

Absolute scam. Masquerading as a Dutch premium outdoor brand, only to order some bits that take weeks to arrive, direct from China, which is absolutely rubbish. Poor, flimsy, nasty. Worse than Temu. Then they try to fob you off with classic dropshipping scam tactics - partial refund, no returns except at your expense.

Charge back request, incoming.

Absolute scammers. They send an inferior product and when you try to return it they offer you a partial refund of 25 or 40% and for you to keep the rubbish they sent. On their website they state that they will supply a prepaid label for returns though. Shipping is from China, they are not in the Netherlands. Do not order from this company.

AVOID. Item received nothing like advertised. Cheap, badly made rip off from China. Not Netherlands.
Company offer a 20% refund.
Fraudulent and extremely disappointing. Do not purchase.

Cheap garment, from China (I’m presuming) took ages to be delivered,zip broke on 1st time of wearing. Was a battle to get a refund. Don’t use them

False description of goods and false information about returns process.

I ordered 2 pairs of different trousers but they sent me 2 pairs of the same trousers, both of which were very poor quality. When trying to return the items they offered to refund 30% of the cost of the items if I kept them because the return address is in China, despite the return address on their website stating the Netherlands.

I paid £67 for goods that were NOTHING like the 50p plastic rubbish that arrived . 25%refund which is well below shipping costs to china.

Delivered by 'snail mail' and upon arriving crushed in a plastic bag,not in the least appearing like its Web page picture,this cheap hat went straight in the rubbish bin.
I suggest any prospective purchaser avoiding this company completely

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. A month in no shoes poor excuses and no cancellation accepted. Should have checked reviews first...lessons learnt and £50 down the pan !!! They do not ship from Netherlands as their website makes you believe.

Items are far too small, return process awful, quality of product is cheap & nasty .
Keep your money in your wallet & buy from a better company than this. Pity I can’t give no stars

I wish I could give a zero star. The worst ever. Poor quality item, not as described. Items are from China. It does feel fraudulent

AVOID...as soon as my long sleeved swim suit arrived, l dumped the cheap & flimsy peice of material in the bin. There's no point wasting time trying to get a refund as proven by other customers. Dont waste your money on this substandard trash
