My wife ordered shoes from this so called company and nor received them £37 sent the emails won't reply, stay well away rip off .

Cheap quality fabric. Speedy delivery. Good communication regarding a return. Although the company
have photos of white westerners & European landscapes on their website and a UK email address, they’re actually registered in HK and have a returns address in China. So most people probably won’t bother returning anything.
Cost effective for them no doubt but pretty shit.

BUYER BEWARE
Never buy a down jacket from this company . Its a scam. Pretends to be a European company but is made in China and returns are costly. Customer pays for returns. They offer a 25% discount instead of a full refund. The product is cheaply made and not worth the price
I will inform my bank to see if I can get the money back. I think the only way is to pay the cost to China of the return.

I should of read the reviews beforehand.

I order a back brace from this company on the 13 October and as of today the item has still not arrived and is apparently ‘in transit progressing through delivery network’.

This is a deceitful company purporting to be a UK company with a UK mailing address where it is in fact a company based in the Netherlands, with all goods coming from China.

I have read the horrendous reviews of others and I am not hopeful of a positive outcome.

Do not buy from this company.

SCAMMERS! Ordered a model Christmas village that was meant to come with lights, music, a moving train and BATTERY OPERATED. what arrived though fit through the letterbox for one, wasn’t a model village or battery operated. Instead it was a measly pice of cheap wood the size of my hand with a very grainy picture of this so called village. No batteries, no moving train, no model, no lights, no music just a Lille piece of rubbing with 50 pence of that. But they charging people £30-£55. BEWARE.. when you complain they offer you 20% refund or if you want a full one you have to pay international shipping costs back to China. DO NOT PAY THIS OR ACCEPT REFUND. Don’t let the scammers win. You bank will get you your money back and they should get it back from scammers then the scammers are wasting money on shipping costs.

Advertising Genuine Needoh Advent calendars but the ones sent are poor quality fakes. They do not offer full refund but suggest 25% so as not to incur return shipping costs. I’m continuing to request a refund as they are not selling what they advertise.

Why didn't I read the reviews before ordering!! Sizing is way off, I'm size 12/14 large came nowhere near!! Returns experience the same as everyone else. Complete rubbish! Lesson learnt, always read reviews of a company b4 ordering for first time!!

Took ages to arrive and looks nothing like the advertised product. Rip off version from China.

SCAM SITE. Item not as advertised. 1/2 size. Badly packaged so arrived with damaged box.
Complaint led to 25% off and ‘it will cost you a lot of money to return this item’ response.
Eventually took 50% offer.

Realized this was a scam company once the order was confirmed. Emails received everyday, even asking for an early review and the delivery was late.
The Posture Corrector Plus Size | Adjustable Support Brace was indeed from China and at size 3XXX may or may not fit a preteen grandchild. Certainly the sizing information was widely inaccurate.
Will not frustrate myself further by contacting their "24 hour customer service desk" to arrange an exchange or refund.
I am currently wearing my existing posture support which is effective but sufficiently ragged that my wife recommended this website.
Had I bothered to check I would have seen look alikes are available at half the price on Amazon complete with the same complaint about wrong sizes.
My only concern now is that their assurance that they do not share contact information will also be bogus, but as I have never opened any of their emails and marked them as phishing I will be ok from them at least.

This is an update from October 13th post. I eventually decided to send the swimsuit back to China. Even though it was very small and light, it still cost £19.90 with track and trace.
I then emailed the number to Nordspur and then received a refund for the item, less the shipping to me. Although the item would be considered defective in the UK (how could I know it was new?), they have refused to refund my postage. So, I have paid over £20 for nothing except a load of hassle. Do not use this company unless you're happy to be ripped off.

Scammers, its impossible to return faulty products. Avoid this brand at all cost!

Poor quality item, incorrectly supplied size and accessories, nothing like images on website.

Strange BOT or scripted responses warning of high return costs even though website says free if damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Do not by from these fraudsters, cheap Chinese goods (other sellers sell dome good Chinese goods) and deliberate avoidance tactics when trying to return.

Dreadful. Avoid. You can return- but you have to return to China at your own cost. Is this even legal?

Bought some barefoot shoes for lifting weights in. Looked amazing on the website. When they came were flat packed and terrible quality. Straight from China. Paid way too much for them…. Awful do not waste your money. Didn’t bother with a refund but might just do that!

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a special handmade pillow that was to take 7 days to make, but my order had been shipped the following say and I was provided with a tracking number. They took my money, and then 4 days later decided to cancel my order as there was a pricing issue and no further explanation. I have yet to receive my order or my refund. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Sent me a head torch thst did not work then told me they couldn’t open a video of their defective product saying it was my fault they couldn’t open it

Avoid at all costs or it will be to your cost! Misleading website, deliberate false returns information, incorrect boot sizing information, poor packaging, poor quality, long delivery times, evasive customer service. Hardly merits a zero star.

Dreadful, two shoes different sizes but labelled as same. Would not believe me, would not exchange without me paying for return, customer service was a really rubbish bot that basically just paraphrased what I’d said. Steer clear. Shocking company!
