Sorry but I’m not happy with the quality of the product which I was so excited about receiving. Keeping it anyway. The bracelet is nice. But it has scratches and is discoloured in so many places. I can tell that this is either a returned product or it has been sitting in storage for a long time and got tarnished already. Unfair.

I ordered 4 name necklaces. None of the 4 were spelled correctly. I contacted them and am waiting for their reply. Il consider revising my review once my problem is resolved.
UPDATE! Our necklaces came correct spelling this time. They stood behind their satisfaction guaranteed policy. We are definitely very satisfied. Spelling someone's name wrong can be very offensive. Maybe it should be double checked before being made to stop this from happening. Great customer service. Cute necklaces.
