**Desperate for someone from Nolte / BKNC to get in touch with us to purchase an additional matching cupboard**

We purchased a New Build property in April 2025 and our Utility cupboards in our downstairs toilet were supplied by Nolte / BNKC. All we want to do is purchase an additional cupboard for this and is proving to be the most difficult task ever! Have spoken to the sales team who just take details and say someone will call us back - which they never do.
I ended up speaking to Luis Rodriguez (Showroom Manager London) who again passed on my details for someone to get in touch but again we never hear anything.

All I want o do is buy another cupboard from you to match the ones you already have installed.

Is anyone able to actually help?

Vivian, the designer of my new kitchen at Nolte Westminster was very firendly, knowledgeable and professional, provided me with great design options and quotes very quickly, and supported me throughout the selection, design and installation of the kitchen. Delivery and installation lasted far longer than expected, but she remained responsive, helpful and supportive throughout the project. Together with Luis, the team at the Westminster showroom is highly recommended.

After being offered compensation which didn’t cover my personal additional expenses, I withheld acceptance until the last problem was due to be fixed. It wasn’t and I was left with further damage to my kitchen. The last item to be delivered arrived today and I will not allow Nolte to install it as there has not been one occasion that hasn’t left something damaged, installed incorrectly or the completely wrong item.
Chris Rushby the CEO, Kristian Rolston the Regional Manager, Sonia Johal Head of Operations do not reply to my emails and messages …. What does that tell you? They are probably wishing I’ll get fed up and go away … my solicitor says otherwise with the recommendation of implementing the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I can prove they’re liable and can prove Nolte had enough chances to rectify their mistakes. The first being the incorrect measurements with the dimensions and design. The subsequent knock on effects have not lived up to their promises and without “with reasonable care and skill…. “
Customer service is appalling right up to CEO levels. I have a 3 page 44 point dossier of points as to why I did not receive the kitchen I purchased. Beware the service is not up to the expected standards and cost. It has taken nearly 2 years to get this far; an unreasonable time frame…. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dont bother wasting your time even considering them. We took 1 hour drive to reach for our first appointment with them. The showroom was closed and no one was answering the phone mentioned in the appointment confirmation Email. Such a shame!!

The Nolte Kitchen in Westminster showroom Branch were magnificent in all aspects. Mr. Luis Rodiguez as the first point of contact as the kitchen designer is truly a gem at Nolte Kitchen, with his professionalism, in-depth knowledge and hands on approach to all our needs. He indeed made the whole process stress free with his kind advise and assistance and to be always available for any questions that we had. I have also have to praise their fitters "Dom" and "Victor" who were also experts at fitting the kitchen with minimal disruptions. We were very happy with our experience with Nolte Kitchen and especially with Mr. Luis Rodiguez. Highly recommended

From our initial appointment with Navid to the assembly and follow ups, the service was excellent. Navid helped with the design and colour taking into account our tastes. He was in touch throughout the process and visited the property on a number of occasions overseeing the assembly. Any queries were promptly replied to. The end result is fantastic and we are very happy customers.

Nolte Kitchen in Wilmslow has been amazing from beginning to the end! Navid has gone out of his way to help us throughout the process and I honestly can't thank him and his team enough for everything. The quality of the kitchen is amazing.

After the kitchen was measured and we were able to pick the style we wanted, which was really fun. Next we got to seeing our new kitchen vertical, in the showroom. And make any changes. Alan was with us every step of they way, which we really like. when the kitchen was fitted we had no problems and i was so surprised that fitting only took a few days. The best think we did was go to Nolte for our kitchen.

My experience with Nolte was extremely positive. The process from design to execution was consultative, timely and collaborative, my tastes and desires were cleverly understood, adapted and applied to fit a unique aesthetic that blends well with the existing decor of the apartment. The installation itself was projected to last 3 days but took 1.5. The guys on site also conveyed very well and clearly to us what it is that we would need to convey to our general contractor by way of future installation instructions to add the finishing touches. Overall, responsiveness is quick and questions are answered clearly. High quality end-to-end services, introduce you to the right people for services that they don't cover. Approachable, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The service is second to none. From the moment we stepped into the Cheltenham showroom to the fitting of our beautiful furniture, the key thing got Nolte is to understand the customer's needs and giving advice on details such as which way a door opens or the size of drawers to maximise storage while avoiding over-cluttering.

The furniture itself is absolutely excellent and has been insitu for about a year now and we're so pleased with it and would have no reservation about recommending Nolte to customers.

We ordered a Leicht kitchen from London Nolte. All went well till Nolte stopped selling Leicht and we had to deal with Nolte Milton Keynes, who were unhelpful. From then on our experience was bad, culminating with the kitchen being installed with no handles and hence unusable till, after many complaints, we got it fixed.

Initially we had lot of apprehension about buying kitchen at Nolte, as we had not heard the name also had not got any friends who had installed it. All that was cleared once we went to Nolte, Wilmslow. Navid was our kitchen designer who helped from design, delivery and installation. He was really good, we had some hiccups as the building was not completed when the kitchen was delivered, Navid then arranged it to stored for us. There was some damages caused by delivery, Nolte were very kind to replace it and Paul, the fitter, came down on Saturday to fit the replacement. In whole Nolte worked as excellent team to deliver our beautiful kitchen!!!! Thanks to the team and special thanks to Navid and Paul

Such a great experience working with the whole Nolte team. From design to installation I have been so impressed, and now I had Viktor to come and do some finishing touches, and I can safely say he is incredible! Such a great guy, really knowledgeable and so helpful. Thank you again.

Quality of the kitchen and sales services are great.

We had small problems when installing the kitchen by our builder. The people at Nolte branch are always very responsive and finding all the ways to help my builder to get things right and resolved in a timely manner.

I will come back to Nolte again for full my other house once fitting a new kitchen. Highly recommended.

The Nolte experience has been great from start to finish! We weren't familiar with Nolte until we came across their exhibition at Grand Designs Live at the NEC. Navtej immediately showed us the superior quality of Nolte products, and encouraged us to book in an appointment with them, despite our thoughts that they couldn't give us a price within our budget. Allan worked closely with us to produce a design that was absolutely beautiful, functional, and within our budget. He stayed in close contact throughout the installation process, which was all very smooth - the only issue was receiving a damaged sink, which Allan quickly dealt with. Patrick the kitchen installer was extremely precise and thorough, ensuring that he gave us a kitchen fitted to perfection! We now tell people that we've got the Mercedes/BMW equivalent in the kitchen world!
