Nolte Cheltenham, a great experience, friendly, professional and the overall look and finish of the kitchen is super. Would recommend and would use again.

We decided to buy a Nolte kitchen following researching other options. This was based on the quality of the German built kitchen. Our kitchen designer Navid at the Wilmslow branch has been excellent from the start through to the finished result. He designed a perfect kitchen for us, which we love. We had a few issues with our build and joiner but Navid was extremely patient, helpful and advised us every step of the way, nothing has been too much trouble. We really appreciated Navid’s personal touch and would definitely recommend Navid at the Wilmslow branch if you want excellent service and a quality kitchen.

Luis from the Westminister showroom is the person to go to if you want your dream kitchen come to life! His patience with innumerable design iterations, listening to the requirements and providing solutions is amazing. Delivering practicality without sacrificing design elements is his forte. The fitters were excellent completing their job to absolute perfection, effectively and efficiently. The range & quality of nolte materials is remarkable & the service at their Marsham street showroom outstanding. We had a seamless experience. I always wanted to have a German made kitchen, and hence I chose Nolte. What a big mistake. If you need competency, professionalism, accuracy, honesty and promptness, please avoid the Battersea branch. Tristan, Daisy and Rehana have been a nightmare to work with.
These are the problems I have had with them,
1) Tristan came to my flat to measure my kitchen, but he forgot to bring his tape measure
2) Daisy could not understand the concept of contacting my project manager, instead of myself for the first few weeks and this caused me a lot of headaches, due to interruptions to my own job
3) The drawing of my kitchen was done by Lucy, who had just been working there for 6 months, and had mistakes in it. My kitchen was the easiest as I was replacing like for like, with no changes to the design.
4) Wrong appliances were ordered without my knowledge and had to be given back to Nolte
5) I had to wait 3 months for the breakdown of the invoice and in the end, I had to inform them that I was going to take it further, which is when they eventually emailed it to me
6) One of the cabinets has glass shelves, instead of wood that I had ordered, so they had to reorder it
7) My extractor fan was laid bare behind the door, which was meant to be shelved,
8) My washing machine integrated door was not initially installed as it was the wrong door
9) My dishwasher’s integrated board was 2 different colors,
10) The filter for the tap was missing
11) The wrong drawer size was ordered for one of the cabinets
12) My empty flat door was left open by the fitter and anyone could have walked into my flat and stolen my packed belongings

The stress of working with the staff in Battersea made me put in a formal complaint to the regional manager, Kristian Rolston. You would think that he would help and be a bit concerned about the staff’s lack of management and transparency, but you are wrong. He was the worst of them all. He would regularly ignore emails addressed to him and let Tristan deal with the situation. It took him 2 days to give me his phone number. I have asked him 4 times to send an after sales person to look into the product that I have bought and the ongoing problems that I have had. After the 4th email he informs me apparently they don't have this facility. He reassured me that he is in the background and in direct contact with Tristan regarding my project, but it is as badly managed as before his involvement. I complained about my flat door being left open, he said he had dealt with it, but the person that had left it open, denied that Kristian had ever contacted him.
I have spent a lot of money on my kitchen and have received a terrible customer service from amateurs and I regret ever setting foot in that shop. My nightmare still continues as they have installed a wrong-colored cabinet and they need to come and change it.
They all say the right words that they are sorry this has happened and that has happened but this at the end of the day they are bunch of amateurs working together. Please think twice before setting foot in that shop, or choosing Nolte for that matter.

Nolte Milton Keynes was the first kitchen shop we entered and there was no going back after that. The quality and feel of their kitchen units makes others pale in comparison.

Vicky and her team helped us work through numerous designs until we found exactly the right solution for our new kitchen extension. The result is incredible and better than we could have hoped for at the outset.

They have some incredible fitters which made all the difference - everything has been meticulously installed with numerous last minute alterations taken within their stride. The delivery team were wonderful and I'm really impressed with their post installation remediations service too. Massive thanks to Dom and Victor - they are operating at levels above and beyond.

We had decided that with the kitchen being the hub of the home we weren't going to make any compromises and with Nolte you will get the premium product that you are paying for.

I would recommend Vicky and her team in Milton Keynes in a heartbeat.

We recently refurbished our house and were looking to have a new kitchen. We had a German kitchen in the past and really loved the functionality, so we engaged with three different German kitchen companies to do the design. We chose Nolte in the Wilmslow Showroom because Matt Kelly was the only one who came up with an innovative and stylish design to address the awkward space of our kitchen. Matt was always great at listening to what we wanted and helped us to consider different options and co-created the final design of a very functional and elegant kitchen that we really enjoy to use. We would also like to acknowledge the excellent fitters, Paul and Gaz, who were wonderful throughout - both skilled and super-efficient and willing to help to find solutions to deal with fiddly problems. In summary, we would highly recommended Nolte with its high quality and stylist design.

We got our kitchen designed at Nolte Westminster as a part of an extension renovation project. The service we have received has been exceptional. Luis Rodriguez was our designer . His knowledge, design ideas and flexibility in terms of adapting the design as per our needs has lead to us having an excellent experience and we will highly recommend the store and Luis.His attention to detail meant that we were at ease with the measurements and he did site visits and liaised with our builders well in time resulting in the whole process being seamless and stress free. We found the metallic themed colours we wanted and are very happy with the results. Post installation service has also been excellent and timely. We cannot thank Nolte and Luis enough.

Prior to Nolte I had dealt with a few other kitchen custom design companies but did not find them as helpful as Nolte (specifically Vicky). Quality and service are great and can recommend them.

Nolte turned out to be an excellent option because it is great quality, great options & ranges but not eye-watering prices!

Vicky (Milton Keynes) was absolutely amazing. She showed us around the showroom in detail and because she was very clued up, she quickly knew what sort of things we would particularly want to see. It was nice to have somebody who was an expert in terms of design and possibilities. Truth be told, after visiting Nolte, I also visited Wren & Howdens who were both far cheaper but there were so many things they couldn't offer. We could have got an OK kitchen from either but Nolte’s offering was the only one which had a wow factor and made the newly extended space really pop!

Vicky patiently revised our design many times, came out to measure and allowed us to leverage some flexibility with delivery as we didnt know exactly when our extension would be finished.

We didn't opt for the project management part of the service but Vicky still helped us out with advice when some of our build measurements were not as we intended.

I will definitely use Nolte again in the near future when we get round to doing other parts of the house (pantry, bar etc). Couldnt recommend Vicky enough!

The Initial design from Nolte Nottingham seemed to be quite good and that’s as far as the good points go.
The fitting took place 9 weeks after ordering our kitchen (fitter organised by Nolte).

Following delivery we had a few damaged items which is to be expected when coming from Germany (damaged door, wall unit damaged) we also had items missing/ incorrect, these consisted of the island back panel, utility plinths and wall panel coming the wrong size. The handleless lighting cables which came were not long enough so the transformer cable was not accessible. We ordered a wine cooler which wasn’t delivered on time, which then wasn’t fitted until the next remedials (5 weeks later)
5 weeks later the missing/ damaged parts arrived, and yet again the island back panel came the wrong size, meaning we were left with electric cables hanging out the back of the island with 2 small children which was less than ideal and very unsafe. The utility filler panel didn’t come at all. The extension cables were ordered incorrectly (wrong cables).
We had a major design issue with the Bora hob, as we had a 100mm stone worktop meaning the Bora hob couldn’t vent into the back panel, this was resolved by gluing and sticking panels on, not really the German engineering you are paying for!

Through out the whole process communication has been the worst part. Countless emails and every time there is a problem no one calls you back or wants to take accountability. I feel like I have had to run the project myself and liaise with the fitter, as when returning to complete work he had not been made aware of some of the issues that needed rectifying.

Finally after all the remedials had been completed we have still not had a call back to check that everything has been ok. At every stage of the installation I have had to send emails to get the waste/rubbish removed from our garden.
Over all ordering a German kitchen is marketed as a luxury item with high level engineering. I have received better service buying from UK high street brands. I’m not sure if this is just a branch issue but I would think twice before ordering a Notle kitchen…

We had an excellent service from Luis our designer from the outset till the completion of our kitchen project. He has listened carefully to all our requirements and made very helpful suggestions. He asssited us in organising our installation especially regarding the wet fitting. Our dry fitting was part of the service and was provided by Dom who did a vry good and thorough installation. Nolte were very good at helping us out in ironing all the small details to our satisfaction. We are very happy with our Nolte kitchen and would like to hight recommend Luis and Nolte Westminster.

I highly recommend Nolte for the quality and the service they have provided. Zach is extremely professional and has great designing skills. He went an extra mile at every step and made the whole process smooth and hassle free. He managed to get the best discounts on all the appliances we selected. Our kitchen was a bit tricky but the end result is excellent thanks to Nolte’s bespoke design. Also, very happy with quartz worktop and Quooker tap! I had my Leicht kitchen designed and installed by the amazing West Hampstead team. Zach Azouaghe was the designer who helped me achieve what I was looking for. I am very happy with my kitchen. Good quality, good investment for me. The installation team Dom and Victor, their attention to detail is great and they made sure I was happy with everything. Even the after sales support was been very good, the team is very responsive in helping getting issues resolved, this is where it also matters. Thank you guys for a great kitchen!

We approached a number of kitchen companies in Cheltenham with a set of clear requirements and design principles. Alan and Ellesha, the team at Nolte, listened and developed two options that reflected these elements. Through various iterations they refined the design, bringing ideas and options to us for consideration. The huge range of cabinet designs at Nolte meant that even though we have restricted space to play with, that full use was made of all areas.

Throughout the engagement, the team were clear on the process, timelines and communication. They were always available to assist with prep work - discussing requirements and the plans with our electrician and plumber.

During fitting it became clear that one design element was not going to work. The team developed a solution that is arguably a better final outcome. Patrick did a fabulous job in the fitting phase.

Customer service thoughout has been excellent, from initial contact, design, fitting through to resolution of minor snagging elements. We love the finishes and the final design.

Our journey with Nolte began a couple of months before our renovation project commenced (Re-build of ground floor extension to add side return and new utility). We had all drawings and planning. Luis Rodriguez - our Kitchen Designer and principal contact throughout listened keenly, understood our needs and was most generous with his time, only coming back with ideas after he was sure of our brief. He walked us through our design options for kitchen + utility ever so courteously, even revising plans (to reconfigure wall units for 2.8m height) in-between as we amended our order. He embraced our project like it was his own, a rare trait in what is a very transactional space. Nolte Kitchens' delivery was on time and installation was pretty seamless, bar a defective unit that was swiftly re-ordered and installed. Waste collection was arranged by Nolte too. The Nolte kitchen and utility both exceeded our expectations. Keep up the good work Nolte Kitchens and Luis!
