We recently had a kitchen installed via the Milton Keynes branch. Imogen was outstanding in developing the design and the communication and attention to detail was just brilliant. A special mention also to Daisy who helped coordinate the installation. The fit out was undertaken brilliantly by Ryan and Victor. Would highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with our Nolte kitchen. The whole experience has been smooth and well organised from start to finish. Our kitchen is fabulous! We love the design, the quality of the build and all the little cleverly designed details. Allan has been brilliant at planning, keeping us up to date, paying attention to detail and organising everything. He really is super efficient. We have also spoken with Ellesha who is equally competent and lovely to deal. with. The installer Patrick, was also very experienced and professional. We honestly can't fault anything, which these days is quite rare. We would absolutely recommend Nolte Kitchens and if you are lucky enough, you'll have Allan orchestrating your whole project.

From the initial consultation, I was able to view the range of products available in the showroom, sit down and work out a design easily and get everything booked in - and even though my main builders were delayed and this put the job back, Vicky and the team were very flexible and able to accommodate changes to the schedule. Communication was good throughout and they always kept me in the loop.

When it came to the fit itself, Ryan was very professional and did a great job on the install- finished product is looking fantastic.

She continued to be an excellent point of contact and delivered our kitchen on budget, pretty much on time (working around our delayed building project!), and with grace and humour, even when problems arose. We used Nolte's own installers for both the removal of the old kitchen and installation of the new kitchen. They were speedy and we were very pleased with their work and after installation care. Vicky is a very knowledgeable and talented designer with a great eye for detail.

We went into the showroom with a sketched out plan of our preferred kitchen design and layout. Vicky took on-board our vision and ideas, but tweaked our design in many practical ways and improved the overall symmetry. She was also spot-on advising us on colour choices and appliances.

As our new kitchen was part of a large extension project, some measurements and unit sizes needed to be slightly altered a few times and Vicky was always happy to oblige. no matter how small the changes were. Throughout the whole process, she was always extremely approachable and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The kitchen was fitted beautifully and with exceptional precision by Ryan who's quality of workmanship was outstanding.

The end result is that we are thrilled to bits with our new kitchen and would wholeheartedly recommend Vicky as a designer, Ryan as a fitter and Nolte Kitchens on Oldbrook to anyone looking for a quality kitchen.

We had a horrible experience with Nolte when we had a new kitchen fitted in 2022 and it took 6 months to resolve the errors. Items were measured inaccurately or incorrectly manufactured. There seemed to be no quality assurance to check that items ordered were delivered and there were also lengthy delays as new items had to be ordered and manufactured. In fairness some issues were because of errors at the manufacturer (Leicht) or delays at the hob & oven supplier (Siemens), but overall project management by Nolte was poor. On asking for some compensation for the errors Nolte refused, and ultimately, we were awarded a County Court Judgement against Nolte and received damages using the Online Civil Money Claims system.

We found most of the people in Nolte very personable and appreciate that some of the issues might have been caused by expansion and corporate restructuring, however what should have been a fun project turned out to be very painful.
