I have just had the best experience with Nobody's child. I had terrible problems with my delivery, no fault of theirs but Rory, in customer service, went above and beyond to get my order to me. I'm so grateful. And the clothes I ordered are perfect, the sizing and fabric and quality were all excellent.
Top tier, excellent quality clothing and service. I highly recommend.

Constantly bad quality items for a high price tag. No idea how they're still in business! I'd only pay Zara prices for their clothes i.e. heavily discounted. I've tried loads of items and they're all cheaply made.

Placed an order via the web site. Quick delivery and well packaged however the item had been incorectly labelled re the size. Easy procedure for the return and I then had a query of the amount refunded. Emailed in and received a quick reply from Laura. My query was sorted straight away and to my satisfaction so very pleased with the service.

Had some trouble with their returns portal but their email support was prompt and helpful.

I ordered the Montego dress which arrived shoved, not folded in a too small bag and came out totally crumpled so not wearable as intended. I need to return it but havent heard back from an email, nor is there an address or a functioning returns portal. How are people getting through?

I bought a jacket instore and then saw on the same day the online price was significantly reduced. Customer services were responsive, efficient and friendly. They processed a refund of the difference quickly and without any fuss. Lovely item and lovely customer service.

I am a huge fan of NC clothes and purchase often. I have never had a problem with either the goods or deliveries.
However, I recently had the necessity to contact the NC customer service department regarding the delivery of an order. My enquiry was dealt with by Rory who kept me informed and updated on its progress in a very efficient and polite manner. I was very pleased to finally receive my order yesterday. My experience was a positive one and I will continue to purchase from NC in the future. Thank you Rory for all your help.

I accidentally sent a parcel intended for another retailer to Nobody’s Child and contacted their customer service team immediately after realising my mistake, well over a month ago.

The tracking clearly shows that the parcel was delivered and signed for. Despite contacting them at such an early stage, I was told the investigation could take weeks. It has now been over a month, and I am still receiving the same generic responses, with nobody reporting that they have located my parcel.

Due to their lack of urgency and poor handling of the situation, I have now missed the return window with the correct retailer, leaving me out of pocket.

I understand the initial mistake was mine, but I contacted them promptly and gave them plenty of time to resolve the issue. The complete lack of assistance and accountability is unacceptable.

Bought the red cardigan that is currently being advertised at the moment all over facebook. Unfortunately this is the most shapless cardigan I have ever had the misfortune to purchase . The quality is abysmal and I haven't even washed it yet!!! Do not waste your money.

Writing this review specifically for Rory who went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with an item. They responded so quickly, were so kind and so helpful, and so patient. Rory is just fab <3 thank you! - Sarah

I’ve made my first purchase on NC recently. Lovely piece of clothing, really liked it on me, however on inspection I found some faults on it. I took some photos and sent an email, and within 2 days, everything was resolved with a very efficient service from Elisabeth. I was happy with what they offered to get things right. Even though I felt that the quality of the clothes could be better I would purchase again from NC, now that I know they provide good service even if things go wrong.

My order hadn't been delivered, I emailed the customer care team, got a very prompt response to say my parcel had been lost in transit and did I want a refund or a replacement.
The customer care team were very helpful and my query got dealt with within a few hours of my original email

When I needed to contact customer services for N.C... I was impressed and relieved to have a v quick and v helpful response from Rory .
He was responsive/ understood and was sympathetic to my concerns and I was v appreciative of v satisfactory and positive outcome.

Terrible return terms, I returned my full order (1 of the items received was damaged and dirty) they withheld £9 from my refund for no reason. I would not buy again

I was refunded the difference between the same dress in different sizes when the cost went up between buying the first and second one - really helpful customer service who refunded the difference when I explained as a good will gesture (Rory)

Prompt efficient service in dealing with my problem

I made an order which was split across gift card and paypal. on returning a chunk of the order the full amount of the gift card was returned and a small portion to paypal. I had expected it would be split, given the order was split, the order totalled £75 the gift card was £45 - i do not think this is unreasonable. i contacted customer services and was initially told the payment would always default to refund to the gift card and there was nothing that could be done due to shopifys involvement.

I read the T&Cs myself and it states the payment can be split and the process can be over ridden by customer services manager. i asked them to do this and they have refused. They have not said why but that they will only split in ‘rare’ circumstances.

I am now being forced to return the items and buy them back to use the gift card. not only is this costing me money to refund and then new delivery charges but there is also an unnecessary cost to the environment in emission to post these orders. Given their b corp status i would have expected better.

In addition i only have the gift card due to an issue with a previous order where a size 6 dress had a size 10 label and it was taking so long to get my refund i agreed to a gift card. i wish i had just waited it out for my cash.

customer services send back generic template and do not actually engage with customers. it all been a total farce and waste of my time and money. i’d advise anyone to avoid. the clothes are average quality anyway.
