Excellent quality products at a good price. Delivery took longer than I thought but Nivarra were very good at updating me. I base my experience on how well a company responds to my questions and this company we’re excellent

I ordered a Gilet from Nirvana. Ordering was easy and straight forward and I received an email straight away confirming my order. The item arrived 15 days later. Maybe a bit too long delivery time but the item was easy to track and I could see the progress. I ordered a LARGE but received a size 2XL. However, there was a card explaining that following feedback from customers, a 2XL is the same size as a Large...so it all worked out fine. The Gilet is great...loads of pockets and well made. Im using it to travel across Europe so cant wait to get out and going. Great service from Nivara.

Slow delivery.Sent an incorrect item. Took ages to respond to each of my emails. Then claimed that they had sent the correct item. I will never use this company again and feel that facebook should vet their advertisers more carefully.

Awful quality. Is not from London, even though the location says London on their website. They want you to return to items to China at you expense.

I had a small issue with an order that was promptly dealt with by a polite young lady, Sophie.
Sophie's customer service & care was excellent, everything was dealt with in a professional & courteous manner. An honest response, no excuses, no waffle which in my experience is a rare thing today. Sophie has been very informative with regards to my order which I can say I received all in good order. So impressed I am placing another order (thanks to Sophie's customer care) the sunglasses are a perfect, comfortable fit. A very happy customer.

Advertise as being UK based, but order comes from China! Took 4 weeks to arrive very poor quality!

Their sizes are completely haywire. The gilet I ordered was much too small, they had sent one supposedly 2 sizes larger.
They responded quite quickly with a standard reply and that is unhelpful as they expect me to pay for the return of a faulty item.
Since then it has just been the same set replies

I bought two pairs of sunglasses and unfortunately one pair had a defect in the lens so I contacted Nivara. They were very accommodating and agreed to send me a replacement pair which arrived in good time.

Ordered 4 shirts all the same size.
When I put the M (44 chest) I couldn’t even get my forearm in the shirt!
It is like a kids size and would fit a 10 year old boy (just!).
Took 3 weeks to be delivered and then to have this issue is very frustrating and disappointing.
Emailed them, as yet no response.

Definitely not a UK-based company. Long delivery lead time with lots of updates on delivery progress but that never seems to get any nearer.
At best a foreign company shipping probably sub-standard products but more likely just a scam

No delivery in the time scales they suggested no reply to emails .Defo avoid they are a Chinese company giving the impression they are uk based.
