Good quality sunglasses at a reasonable price
Had a bit of a wait though so a bit disappointed about that but they did email to apologise and update me.

Do not use this company
I ordered some pants for holiday on the 4th August as of today on the 27th the still have not been delivered.
Just full of false promises

My initial orders were scheduled to be delivered by a company that does not deliver to my home address. When I made Nivara aware of this issue they immediately resolved the issue and re arranged delivery. This kind of service is very welcome in this rushed world so my thanks go out to them.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses off of yourselves and also got another pair free , sounds good. I did not receive my glasses as they were left outside my multi storey apartment building not my front door, I complained as was told to contact delivery company who were no help whatsoever, they said they had delivered them although not to my door as for yourselves you have been of little assistance, I would not recommend your company or delivery service to anyone

The sun glasses are great just as advertised, communication also A1, the only thing wrong was the delivery time took a while to arrive.

The gilet itself is great & changing the size from M to XL was sensible (I dread to think how small an actual medium size jacket would be.
On the down side delivery was very slow & I was beginning to think I’d be conned, but customer service was good & explained the problems thoroughly.

The product is fine, but delivery was very slow and had to be chased up by customer services. The customer service people were excellent.

The original choice of last mile carrier was not a good one but quickly resolved once brought to Nivara’s attention. The sunglasses once received are great.

I ordered the Pulse Shade Pro Sunglasses.
Wish I hadn’t !
Very slow delivery, took over 3 weeks . When my order arrived today three of the four lenses were detached from the frames in the protective case !
Whilst replacing these into the frames it was very apparent that these lenses are very flimsy and almost paper thin.
I haven’t tried them in direct sunlight but they don’t inspire me about high definition vision that they claim. Hopefully they are 🤞🏻
Overall they feel cheap, look ok but I’m worried the lenses will fall out again. Not good ☹️☹️☹️

Bought some sunglasses from Nivara London and the shopping experience was good. Kept up to date with everything from start to finish. Packing was good and just the right amount, paying for the goods was easy too. Would buy again from this company.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the "vintage flat caps" I ordered on a whim (1 +1 free). Esp given some of the reviews I read! Loses 1* due to overpromising on delivery time (please, I'd rather you just be honest - I'd still order!)

The quality of the sunglasses received was really poor. So I am really disappointed and won’t be buying from Nirvana again.

Items good quality and well made. Only thing that prevented a 5 star review was the long delivery time.

Great price for the sunglasses I purchased. There was one problem with one of the pairs and this was quickly resolved by customer services. Overall pleased.

Arrived on time very good value for money

I ordered sunglasses and the courier delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Nivara and they followed up with courier who then contacted me to tell me the address that the package was delivered to and I was able to contact the occupants of the house and get my package.
Apreciate the swift rresponse and help

Awesomely Cool...Felt Great...

Bought two pairs of sunglasses on a bogof offer. Delivery was a little slower than I expected but they were worth waiting for. Glasses are of an excellent quality and I am very pleased with them.

Despite sizing issues, I am a standard UKXXL, ordered a 4XL, received a 6XL that was too small. Nivara customer service have been great and tried really hard to find a solution.
