Called in reference to making a change in my annuity allocation. Spoke with Debbie who was pleasant, professional and efficient in her customer service. She quickly and easily handled my request. She is an asset and great ambassador for Nassau Financial Group and should be recognized for her excellent customer service.

Customer Service Representative was very friendly and personable!

Robin was friendly and kind. She was a good listener and was easy to understand. Robin was quickly able to put me at ease and help me with the request I had. She took the time to make sure I had received the document that was emailed to me before ending our call. This was the best customer service I have had in a long time.

My advisor was great in helping me understand my policies and helped me make changes that made sense! She was friendly along with professional in all her dealings with me!

Kelly L was fantastic! My mom passed 3 months ago, I'm executor of her estate, but the policies from Nassau were still in my maiden name. She helped me figure out which forms I needed to complete for both policies, and gave me the needed information I needed on the policies! She didn't transfer my phone call around, she listened to me, came up with a solution and emailed me the policy information! Kelly L is First Class, thank you Kelly L and Nassau! -

The representative was helpful and I received the information I needed. Prior to calling, I attempted to view the client's policy and was unable to view what I needed, I tried several times but I could not open the link associated with the client's name & policy number - I entered the account number, the client's name & social security number.

Thay were patient with me very knowledgeable about my needs thank you Kathy for you hard work and time.
