I can't say enough good things about the customer service reps at Nassau Re. Every time I call, it doesn't matter who I get, the service I receive is impeccable. My questions and concerns are always answered and taken care of in a timely and professional manner.

I have been contacting Nassau since December 2025 trying to establish a new checking account from which to pay my premiums. I have spoken to numerous 'insurance services' personnel and each time I am told to submit the ACH form to set up the draft and I am given an amount to mail a check for premiums due. I have done this 4 different times and every time, my payment is cashed by Nassau and then returned to me along with a letter saying it was the wrong amount. Subsequently the ACH forms have never been 'received' or else they were 'not signed'. This is a clear case of insurance fraud with the intent being to let the policy lapse so Nassau will not have to pay out upon death.

Elizabeth Crandall was professional and very helpful in answering all questions related to my Nassau policy. She sent an email with the requested information along with a detailed cover letter. Elizabeth also stayed on the line to make sure I received the email and to answer further questions.
