The second day I phoned someone actually answered my request for information. The first day nobody bothered to return my call.

Questions about payment amount
I called with questions about what I needed to be paying per month. I was getting bills for $90 a quarter but had been told that I would owe $80 a month. I spoke with Elizabeth who was very helpful and very kind. She explained everything and showed me an easier way to make my payments. Thank you!

Called in reference to making a change in my annuity allocation. Spoke with Debbie who was pleasant, professional and efficient in her customer service. She quickly and easily handled my request.
